I really resonate with the young guys who find themselves on the Red Pill. I was pretty unsuccessful with women in high school and early college - I was socially awkward, built like a twig at 6’3 with no muscle, and had no confidence. I was frustrated and maybe even a little jaded towards women because I wasn’t getting laid.

At this point, it’s easy to concoct a worldview that it’s not your fault, it’s broken hypergamous modern women who only fuck Chads that treat them like shit, and they just can’t see how valuable you are, or whatever. That’s nonsense. There are tons and tons of happy, healthy, good looking women out there, and if you can’t attract them, it’s nobody’s fault but your own, and you need to get better, period.

Early twenties are tough for a lot of guys, and they were tough for me. You don’t have money, you don’t have accomplishments unless you’re a great athlete or something. But if you use these years wisely, you can set your self up for massive success later on, and it will all be worth it. It’s been said a million times, but I focused on two things to get ahead: my career/money and my health/fitness. On the career side, I got great grades in college which led to a high paying job in finance. And I’ve been lifting weights + playing sports consistently for years, and put on a ton of muscle.

Now, I’m 26 and I’m finally starting to feel like I’ve “arrived” thanks to the grueling work I’ve put in over the last 4-5 years. I’m making $160k/year, living solo in a nice apartment in a major city. I’m in the best shape of my life and work out every day. And because of all this, my confidence is at an all time high, and I’m killing it with women. I’m dating multiple girls at a time and I could probably set up a Hinge date every night if I wanted to.

The point of this isn’t to brag, but hopefully to inspire any young guys feeling jaded to accept responsibility for their own outcomes and put in the work to get better. You need to understand that women have the upper hand early on, but the dynamic completely flips in your mid to late twenties. Marriage material guys are really scarce, and if you’re one of them, you will literally hold all the cards.

Good luck guys. Avoid the negativity, work hard, and it will get so much better.
