I understand that the word hypergamy refers to the general preference women have for men higher than them on the social ladder. but women's mating preferences also involve looking for men bigger, stronger, taller than them, with confidence, assertiveness etc. so I was thinking that hypergamy might be a limited word since it doesn't include all the other charachteristics women want in a guy. isn't there any other specific term that encompasses all the above mentioned qualities? something like 'greek word for dominant' + gamy or 'greek word for selectivity' + gamy.
