We feel fear if we're about to do something that has consequences if we fail. We can react to the fear and not do the action, or we can do the action anyway. What I have noticed as I have taken more risks is that the fear becomes more of a choice. When you first start approaching girls, you will be afraid. There will be voices in your head telling you that you are stupid and you should approach the next one you see. Anything to not do it. But once you start taking risks, the fear and negativity seems more like a path you can consciously take if you feel like it. There is also a clear path where you can not only ignore the negativity but silence it and just do the action. More risks cause you to see that those negative voices are something we choose to create. So keep doing shit that makes you uncomfortable.
