Pros: had sex with a girl yesterday who gave me one of the best blow jobs I’ve ever had. Got back into swimming again.

Cons: Lasted only 4 minutes when PIV sex. Lady friend was not happy. Will probably not smash again.

-My bulking is fantastic! I've gained a very good amount of weight. I'm hardly a skinny mofo anymore.

-Invested in educational resources I'll need to sell my book, started networking with successful professors.

-Did well in classes, got into some great clubs and on campus work.

-Nofap, going strong for a month!

-Need to work on acting, and catch up to other more experienced members of cast.

-Didn't approach any girls, or run tinder game. I'll need to go out more next week, and perfect my tinder for busy weekends.

haven't been feeling as strong as usual.
got all my workouts done well.
did what I was supposed to i think.

never know what to write in this section.
feel one 'prospect' slightly slipping away. Need to focus on capitalising on the window of attraction.

one test went decent i think. Studying a decent amount.

Pros: Hit 210 lbs on my squat (I weigh 155 lbs) after 3 months of lifting

Decided last minute, last week to enter a debate competition for a decent scholarship, thinking it would be nice for the experience but ended up winning one of 4 scholarships

Got budget and finances in order, downloaded a budget app and have been binge watching Dave Ramsey

Cons: Oneitis for this HB6 came back, its completely sentimental, I’m not even really attracted to her. Its pathetic, working on killing the oneitis

Struggled with bench this week, I got up to 115 lbs and couldn’t hit all my sets

I’ve been distracted from my studies watching stupid shit all week. Need to focus on eliminating distractions

Finished my IAHSS security training which got me a 1$ raise an hour.

Good:

Gym: every day this week. Gotten to 15-20 handstand pushups, 15-20 pull ups per set.

Mental: through meditation and strong friends, I was able to pull myself away from a scary frame shift that snuck into my mental state.

Drinking: drank less this week, this is my Achilles heal. But I've gone 3 nights without a drop. I don't need alcohol I just drink with people at my house as habit.

Work: killing it as usual.

Music: leading praise band at a very large church, been going fantastic. Made some great strides, everyone follows my direction without question. Never thought I could lead like this. Thank you red pill.

Bad:

Slight frame break. Not in front of girl, just let the "high" of a post date make me anxious for a night. Fucking stupid of me. AWALT.

my elbow joints hurt from going to heavy on bench. I now must stick to bodyweight stuff for a month.

Sleep: continues to be tough, usually only get 6 hours.

Cutting and lifting still on point. Still improvising with diet though, gotten back to using MyFitnessPal to track food and water intake
Getting into boxing and kickboxing. Before I couldn't do the warmups but now I can breeze through them easily
Want to expand my social network with some high SMV alphas, since I don't drink I am considering joining a different dojo that also teaches boxing, muay thai, and BJJ (one I go to has mostly kids or seniors coming)

The positives:

Found out I after months of losing weight with mediocre results, that I needed more healthy fats in my life. Better concentration, more energy, felt more alpha and more social than ever, and the fat is melting off my body. (Ketosis diet + intermediate fasting)

Found a new training program that allows me to go at it harder, completely trashed when I return home (Cluster sets+changing exercise but still training the same muscle group)

The negatives:

Making too many plans and find it hard to keep up with my studies and keeping tracks of my notes

Pros: ran 5/7 days hitting a mile and a half under 14 minutes which is my target for the army role I want to go into. Went to army interview and got advised what my next steps will be. Hobbies are still improving

Cons: didn’t go to the gym at all this week Need to pay for eye test to progress to the army assessment center (could also be a pro because it gives me more time to prepare and get better times)

Next week: Gym 5/7 Run 5/7 Find money for eye test Start waking up at a decent time

positives: went on a date with this cute lady from pof, we had a lot of things in common. took to to the movies and dinner and kissed her at the end. Negatives: i think i moved too fast with cuddling and hand holding , escalated a few moves and she didn't contact me for a few days, it led to some crazy overthinking and i ended up breaking my 22 day no fap streak. l

Positive

Lifting every day, progressing slowly but steadily
Reading and listening to audio books, quality over quantity
Making my apartment to look nicer, also started working on the car, mainly mechanics and a little bit of styling. It's an oldie but goodie.
Hanging out with friends on the weekends, after having beers at the pub going to the clubs. Testing stuff with random women. Not scoring, but that's not my goal now anyway.
Nice diet becoming a habit now

Negative

Still smoking heavily
Feeling down from time to time, depending on the company of others to cheer me up.
Still without a job. Have another 1.5 months of pay from the last job, but still want to start working soon.
Ex called me out to have a drink. Turned her down. I shouldn't have even responded to her. Cannot spare a single second on her anymore.
