Penetration alone won't do it. If she's on top that's clitoral stimulation, on bottom there's clit stimulation. And the longer the foreplay the more guaranteed it is in my experience.

The female orgasm is closely tied to the mind, so yeah wealthy men or attractive men probably have a better chance because women see them as providers or someone to carry children with (in the evolutionary sense).

In my experience female orgasms are like Antarctica. Everybody knows it is there but nobody really knows why or cares all that much. Inability to orgasm may be a red flag for a future starfish lover. If a woman can't give herself an orgasm with a vibrator a shaft rubbing across it sure is not going to do the job.

You need to ensure that you have built up enough comfort in order for her to achieve orgasm.

For women it is more emotional. Give her cues that you are into her throughout the day i.e. frequently slapping her ass is one that I like to upkeep whilst maintaining a strong alpha frame.

Of course, no women are exactly the same. But in general, most women fall into four orgasmic categories.

Here are the four types that I've run into (this is an excerpt from my book, Red Pill Orgasm):

Cums Easily

Some women cum easily. They’ll cum just by getting fingered; they easily have multiple orgasms. And, they can cum in different ways. Women like this are lots of fun. Always strive to give them multiple orgasms per session, and enjoy it!

Cums Normally

Normal is a subjective word. So, let’s just say that any women who takes some work, but cums regularly during sex, counts as normal. The majority of women seem to fall into this category. Most of the time, you can reliably make women like this cum at least once or twice each time you have sex.

Rarely Cums

Can’t Cum

This is mostly conjecture, but I think it has to do with the lack of truly dominant/alpha characteristics of men inside and outside the bedroom.

We know that only 25-30% of women can orgasm through penetration alone.

We also know that 5-20% of rape victims orgasm from rape.

(NOTE: The number of assault victims who orgasm is very likely much higher due to failures to report, some psychologist think over 50%)

So lets be generous, and assume 25% of rape victims reach orgasm. (Which we assume is comparable to penetration only)

Literally 75% of (Western) women can't reach orgasm from just penetration, but 1 in 4 rape victims is getting an orgasm.

Sure, its statistically consistent, but were talking about rape here. Are we really to expect that were getting an even distribution of rapes as far as orgasm characteristics go? Doubtful.

My hypothesis is that the primal drive for alpha relates to the dominant and aggressive sexual behavior. Hell, there is so much anecdotal evidence even after the rape. Like in this thread from awhile back.

Two interesting things come up:

Women sometimes desires to RETURN to the rapist due to (instinctual) developed feelings. (craving alpha)
Many victims go on to develop rape fetishes/fantasies.

If everything about rape was truly horrible, then why would these things occur? Because on a primal level rape indicates dominant/alpha behavior, which women inherently crave.

Now, I am NOT advocating rape by any means. But I am saying that men need to go back to being FUCKING MEN, especially in the bedroom.

Be aggressive, rough, and dominant in sex. Be strong/buff so you can move the girl around at your whim. Slap her ass, make her beg, maybe throw in choke play.

If you need more proof, go read /r/sex and see how many women talk about creaming themselves for dominant and aggressive men.

small Edit: There is also the 'desire' aspect to consider, but IMO it is secondary to the above.
