It's tempting to slip into paralysis analysis at times. There's a wealth of information/distraction out there now, all at our fingertips. So many people with different ideas coming from different places.

I think an invaluable skill is to know what information will help you achieve your goals and what will not. And the first step to this is having your own goals. For example, not constantly reading up on PUAs and game, but asking yourself "how do I get a woman back to my bed tonight?". Or "how do I develop a six pack?". These questions are fairly simple (not easy) to answer and taking action is the only way to achieve them. Reading more and more information takes you away from your goals and into someone else's ideas and life. Action brings you closer to results.

Be clear in your objective and gather the necessary information for only that objective. All other is just a distraction. And distractions are many in our world (mainly technology). Single mindedness of purpose is now more important than ever.

Make clear in your mind the desired result and let that be your guide. Your question should be "how do I get from here to my goal?" The answers should be clear. Follow them.
