"Bitch your unhappiness is your own fault" dressed up in so many nice words. I agree with it, but I see women using it to manipulate their guys into letting them do things the guys aren't okay with.

In my experience this is very true, I have been with my girl for a while and 6 months ago I became very depressed and unhappy. I turned to porn to make myself feel better.

I needed to feel better because I felt like my girl was not treating me like a man.

The reason she was not treating me like a man?

Because I was not acting like one, I realised this thanks to Elliot Hustle and this subreddit.

I think the red pill could do wonders for people in shitty relationships because it has changed my life and is helping me build a better stronger relationship and now both of us are much happier.

It's actually both. Always strive for the best. Why bang a 2 when you can a 5? Why a 6 when you can bang 8? Or 9? The journey towards self betterment isn't just about yourself, it's also about what you can get out of it.

Once you have found the supposedly best you can find (nope, there's always a better chick), keep frame. Normally, when I talk about frame, it is with regard to interactions with others. That's always a given; all interactions are works in progress. However, you must also maintain frame with regards to yourself and your situation. You can choose to allow defeat to depress you, or you can view it as a lesson on your journey towards self betterment. You can look at a test score of 99% and beat yourself for losing that last mark, or you can rejoice in being better than the vast majority. (Optimism is good, but in no way am I endorsing being a lazy fuck and only seeing the good side of things) How you frame your relationship is equally critical.
