This is my first FR and I'll throw in some quick intro. I'm in my late 20s, raised a beta by a uber-beta father and controlling mother. I had a really bad social anxiety till my mid 20s. I discovered TRP last fall. I'm lifting and running and lost a lot of weight (this started a bit before trp) and I'm a couple of pounds away from getting my abs visible. I'm also in a 5 year LTR.

Saturday evening I went to a pub with a couple of friends, everything went good, guy talk, joking around, the whole deal. I saw somebody making eye contact with me a couple of times - HB6. Kept said eye contact with no expression whatsoever, she smiles. I think to myself "cool, she's interested, but I'm in a LTR and I'm also out with these guys, whatever". Not more than 10 minutes later she approaches our table and asks to sit with us and we're like "yeah, sure, whatever" and she proceeds to sit next to me.

At this point I'm trying to decide what are the variables and what can I do to have some fun; she showed interest, she smiled, she approached, it's clear that I can f-close if I want to; I decided to just keep frame, push-pull and escalate just to see where I can get to.

In the next hour and a half I push-pull by giving and withdrawing attention; I also start kinoing her. She brings a friend to our table, I also give her friend some attention. At some point I start cracking jokes at HB6 with the help of her friend. Then pull - I get close to her ear to tell her something, continuing kino. It goes like this: shoulder, forearm, back, hand, leg, thigh. At this point she says with a straight face "that's my leg." while I look her in the eye with a smirk and say nothing - I think that was the only shittest I got that night. I continue kinoing and breaking rapport. We leave and the group separates; I walk with her alone for a while and we get to an area where you can easily find a cab. K-close and get her a cab.

So yeah, that's that. I have absolutely no doubt I could f-close, but I decide to not pursue that. What I did do, however, was having a lot of fun doing this. I'm really thankful for bumping into TRP last year and getting my eyes opened.
