Just a short FR and a quick reminder of a basic lesson for new guys like me.

A girl I met at a party was interested in me. We knew people mutually, but met only briefly at the party. She was leaving, so I took her number.

We met up a few days later. She gave me every hint in the book. Eye contact, hair twirling. After some coffee, I took her for a walk to the park close by. Took a couple of rounds, sat at a bench. Legs touching. I'd escalated well upto this point.

I just waited, waited instead of going in for the kiss. We talked about stuff but well.. she wasn't there to talk. Around half an hour later, she fake called her friend and left.

I failed because I kept waiting for the perfect opportunity. Maybe when the old guy would get up and leave. Maybe when the couples would stop circling around.

Lesson Learnt: There are no perfect moments. Escalate or she will GTFO.
