This is gonna be short and sweet, i've applied a lot of what I learned so hopefully some of you can learn something from this

Tinder Messages

I simply made a comment about her bio, and she responded positively, then the next message I sent I asked her to go bowling thursday night. I kept everything nice and short and got her snapchat. Didn't message her at all until the day of and I said "We still good for tn?" Beta me would have been snapping her literally every day up until the date. Don't do this.

The date

I show up and give her a hug right away to establish kino. I used to be nervous as fuck when I met someone and would wait forever to make a move, if you do it asap then it sets the tone for the rest of the night. Anyways it turns out the bowling alley was completely booked for some fag tournament so I had to think of something. Instead of just sitting down and going back and forth "well what do you wanna do?" "idk" etc I picked ice skating and we picked a park downtown. Turns out she's been figure skating for 15 years and I can barely walk on skates but whatever, it's easy kino and shows her idgaf if i suck at something. I kept this part not too long (30 mins) and we went back into the warming house. I suggested coffee and we talked for a little bit but we had to go because the place closed. We then went to one of the bridges downtown and walked around a little bit and that's when I kissed her. She told me she actually lives alone (very uncommon since we're both pretty young) because her boyfriend moved out so I considered that as an invitation. I ended up sleeping there (we didnt fuck I didnt bring any condoms :( i'm an idiot) but I'm going back there this weekend to seal the deal.

Reflection

I've never had a date go this smoothly even though it started pretty awkward. I'm 100% sure it's because I was decisive and forward the entire time. She even told me "I love how confident you are" and I've never considered myself confident in my entire life until now. I should have been escalating a little earlier though, I also probably talked too much but it didn't seem to matter she seems really into me. I took her to a bunch of different places too to make the date seem longer. All in all a very successful night and a good chance to apply what i've learned
