1st guess. There are some out there waiting for marriage. (12%) She wouldn't even kiss on a date to show interest is a first sign of this type of person. Because if you are a boyfriend she can claim she gives you affection she doesn't give someone else that she only dated. Then she can deny you sex until marriage and she rationalizes it this way. Next time, push harder when she was at your place. Also, if she was so resistant, invite some of her friend's on those dates and hook up with one of them out of revenge. She rejected your advances so getting revenge by dating one of her uglier friends and turning them against each other is satisfying. Then when she blocks you on social media, it doesn't matter because her friend is friends with that bitches other friends so you can use it as a proxy for telling everyone what a loser she was. In terms of good date timelines.....

first date coffee - 30 minutes
second date option a - dinner at your place/netflix chill
second date option b - something physical like rock climbing
third date if you chose option b - dinner at your place

when a girl wants to go to dinner for one date, and a bar the next, its usually a red flag. She should be looking to do things that are more intimate with you, not spending time with you in a crowd. Its better to be extra harsh in your filtering, then wasting your time with loser women that aren't worth your time

Everyone else has summed this one up fairly well, but i'm gonna chime in. The first time was some seemingly obvious LMR. I mean, she was on your bed and trying to cuddle with you. A lot of women will throw out a "I don't usually do this" or "I don't sleep with guys on the first date" type statement in order to make themselves seem less slutty. Might have tried more touch based escalation before going in for the kiss but I can understand your progression during the situation. My question would be what her attitude/comments were like up to that point. If she had been flirty/sexual and then threw this at you, definitely LMR or you screwed up somewhere and turned her off. If not then she may have just been disinterested.
