TL/DR: The point of this post is to clear up the definition of frame in everyday life, that way, you can understand its use and stop questioning whether you "held frame" or not. Those who have a solid understanding of frame may even take a little something from it. It's to give the most simple, inclusive, and concise definition of frame I could develop. My goal is to help you stop wondering about frame whatsoever, and have this as a guide that is unambiguous.
Introduction:
Everyone who comes to the pill has a different lifestyle, a way of viewing things, and different goals. For some, your personality could be under attack on the regular, depending on your job or other circumstances. For others, we may deal with difficult people on a daily basis that we would rather knock out than reason with. And then there are some that don't have it so bad right now, but they still need to understand the concepts for the times that do turn bad.
Regardless of the fact, frame is attractive. It exemplifies strength.
I cannot take credit for sharing this video, as another user did a year or so ago. If you watch the whole thing progress, you can see the social dynamics and benefits of frame start to unravel. Pay particular attention to the reactions of those attacking him. This video shows the consistency I am speaking about in my description below.
It is individuals, like Frank, that go a whole lifetime being loved by so many. This is because he OWNS everything he does. It's more about who he is as a person, and besides music, his personality allows him to be however he decides to without anyone able to stop him.
He never backs out. In my writhing below, I hope to show you each aspect so that you can understand Frank, and pick up this solid of a frame. Ironically, having a strong frame can keep you out of trouble. People love to point the finger so much more when you admit or apologize for your behaviors, wrong doings, and more.

Part 1:
A person, man or woman, tries is some way to manipulate you.
What does manipulation mean, what is it?
It's used to get you to do something in which your initial reaction to was one of "no," or could be no. This manipulation could be automatic, or it could be predetermined.
When "they" test your frame, no matter how they do so, they are pushing you to get you to do something or adhere to something they want or need.
Your frame can be tested in many ways; one example is when the person testing you tries by action. This could mean crying or ignoring you, for example.
Basically, when you have given an answer, in some way, and a person continues to push for their want regardless of your answer, this is when they're testing your frame.
Part 2:
Another way your frame is tested or examined is by your reaction to what people do or say to you.
If someone talks shit, belittles you, or in anyway tries to dominate you, your reaction in the situation is tied to your frame.
This may seem counter intuitive but, it is in my opinion, that such things are frivolous. Meaning, they hold no real meaning. Everyone has an opinion and something to say, so what are you going to do, change everyone's viewpoint? That when a person says something to test my frame, I am going to ignore them and not feed into it to make it a dick measuring contest. I respond when these things are debates that I am interested in responding to. I don't however, let the person get the best of me during the debate, and I ensure I am logically thinking about what is being said in the case that I am to agree with something they say. This isn't a bad thing; to learn something through debate. I have learned much in debates and I do not find it to be bad to lose and agree that I have. But, you cannot be butt hurt by the fact that you were wrong, this is key.
You cannot be butt hurt in any interaction. This is done by "amplify and agree," saying, "ok" or "oh yeah?" or completely ignoring them. But all of this must be done without body language that makes you look butt hurt and bitter. I.E. smile while you do it.
Reasoning; you'll lose control of the interaction if you go off and let your anger get the best of you. "One uping" usually occurs in people who don't have any self worth or confidence.
When it comes to women, DO NOT ever debate. I don't care if she is your teacher, mom, or your boss, THERE IS NO REASON to debate her. Women lack logic, use emotion, and are the main culprits for testing frame / shit testing. There is no exception to women. Do not negotiate, do not feed into them, do not bother. Hold frame as explained above at all costs and in all scenarios and you'll be glad you did.
Part 3:
Now, when such person begins to test your frame, your key is not to change your opinion.
In other words; you want X. They want Y. You communicate X. After it's been communicated, they have two options: accept that you want X, or try to convince you of why you should want Y. The way this is done is numerous and wide spread. Great manipulators don't let you know you're being manipulated.
One day, a girl was trying to do something for me, and I said, "I'm all set."
She tried and tried and eventually I said, "sure why not," I let her. After, I realized I gained something from it, yet lost frame. Why I didn't want to is besides the point, but you can see that it is possible to lose frame and be manipulated into allowing someone to do something for you. As crazy or stupid as it sounds, I did lose frame. If I wanted her to do it, I would have allowed her to do it from the start. When she continued to press me to do it anyway, I should continued to make it clear I was all set. But, instead, I allowed her to set the interaction and decided what was going to occur.
Part 4:
People can also test your frame when you tell them to do something.
Example:
You say, "I am going to check if anyone can shut that off from outside the building."
They say, "they can't, no worries." (Excuse one, doesn't provide reasoning, individual responds in a rush.)
You say, "how do you know that? What if they're able to."
They say, "I don't think they have access." (Excuse two, uses opinion instead of fact to respond.)
You say, "do they have access to the side door."
They say, "no, I don't think so."
You say, "check that for me when you get a chance."
Here you can see this was a test of frame and also your ability to use game. The person tried to stop your questions because they didn't feel like involving themselves with whatever it was that you were asking, they are manipulating you. They did this by consistently using excuses to push off whatever you said until you'd given up. But, by taking your time to think, and ask a question that they may not know the answer to, you can now potentially get them to do what you asked.
It is here we can see that once the person is done with that particular task, you can easily use the question and assign procedure again and again until the job is complete. The person will sort of get lost in the question, assignment, etc. procedure that you're using on them.
Even if you don't continue to assign them tasks, you can most likely remove their thoughts about trying to push off doing things you ask in the future.
Side note:
After finding TRP, it does not mean you can't do things for people, IF AND ONLY IF, you decide to. Doing things for women is particularly counter productive. Let them invest in you, do not invest in them, firstly or at all. This also applies to men that aren't returning what you decide to put it. Whenever you do something, think of this before hand. And when/if you do it, don't ever expect a return. People only do things when they want to, not necessarily because you've done something for them.
Part 5:
The last portion of frame applies to you wanting something. For example, you want to fuck a girl, or get something from her. In the process, she may deny you. Frame is about holding down the fort even while on the offensive. If you seem needy or offer her something to get her to come into your frame, you've haven't noticed that you already walked into hers. Here she is in charge of the interaction and has you on the "defense," changing your reality and reacting to hers. This case is due to a lack of outcome independence and a lack of abundance.
Frame can be defined as:
A way to assign who the dominant and who the submissive individuals are in an interaction. Who is in charge of the interaction. It is the cunning and manipulative that will find any way to bend you and change your position in the interaction. That's why it is to be practiced line by line until you become automatic.
Example: police officers typically set frame just by appearance. That is because their uniform and position in society is one which comes with a reputation and is backed by a history of control. The point is to eventually create a similar frame with those in your life. Eventually, many may stop pressing your frame altogether.
