Early Life

I don't think I was born an Alpha. I was gifted with Alpha physical traits but lacked the initiative to be one.

Que relationship one

At the ripe tender age of 18 I left my shitbox town where everyone knows everyone and moved to the city to play a sport semi-professionally. I met a girl and we stupidly moved in together from basically day one.

Well to move things along, we broke up two years later. I'll skip the details of our relationship and just say I was fairly beta throughout this period, despite being a 6'3 athlete who had the athlete body. After all, a tool is only a tool if it is used for a purpose.

So she broke up with me and after if it ended I was a mess. An emotional wreck. I recovered as we do, but I was forced to reevaluate my life. Hardship breeds hardness. I had the traits, but not the mentality. This ends in two ways for most people. They either decide to make themselves better when hard things happen, or they decide to be the exact same shit heap they were before. I took the later option.

First I started hitting the gym like a madman. (By this time I had left my semiprofessional sport and was being paid to play for a local team.) Secondly I enrolled in college. Thirdly I had lost some respect for girls.

A year single

One year is all I gave myself but boy did my life change in that year. The change in mindset was far greater than the one in my body. I had made gains in the gym. But I had stopped thinking women were better than me or somehow worth more. Like I was somehow lucky to have ONE.

In this period I moved from a beta to a man. And therefore an alpha. I banged about 25 girls in that year, some good, some bad, all without the use of dating apps. By talking. None of those girls did I see more than once.

Que girl of my dreams

25 one night stands and then her. She was the best looking girl I'd ever kissed. She is still one of the best looking people I've ever seen. So I decided to make her my girlfriend as I think about 99 percent of men would have done.

For the first 5 years things were great. I was still a man. Still Alpha. Still keeping physically fit by surfing and playing sports. Then I moved into a share house with my friends and was introduced to green tobacco and I admit I became addicted. I slowly stopped doing anything and started getting lazy/unfit. I started losing my alphaness and drifted down the beta trail thinking of my GF is better than me. And it was true. She was great. Trustworthy. Respectful. Beautiful. Basically all the things you could want and I was a stoner who had given up on life. Women want their man to add value to their world - to who people see her as. If you can't provide that they will leave. Fast forward another three years of me slowly slipping into the rabbit hole she broke up with me. Que hardship lesson. Once again I became the latter.

Now

We'll keep this short. I've done a lot to improve myself over the year and a half I've been single. I'm doing better with woman than ever and the latest girl I've been thinking about seeing is at least a HB9. My life is fucking amazing. Yes I gave up smoking.

Suddenly I'm alpha as fuck again and my value has gone up. Simple as that. This is not a game. This is life; everything has a value. Being Alpha is simply understanding you're own value is great because it is your life which is just another word for TIME. Value you yourself because time is the one thing you should never give away. It's something you can never buy back. So see it that way. Just don't give time to anything that isn't fulfilling. That is Alpha.
