This really only applies if you're in the workplace or school environment. I've basically had majority of females want me at the last few jobs I've been at now because of this. I don't recommend doing anything with these females at work but this post details how to win them over anyways.

  1. Don't ever introduce yourself first to them. Unless they make you train with a girl then it would be considerate to say hi or nice to meet you and keep it professional.

  2. Make eye contact and don't have a smile but rather a neutral face. Make her work for your smile. They usually down away and down.

  3. Talk to other people in front of the females. Demonstrate your social skills. Make the people you're talking to laugh. Put your skills for display. She'll laugh to hoping to get your attention. Her hamster will be on full gear spinning all the time when she sees that you're a social wizard yet she gets no attention from you lol. You're basically doing the peacock dance and she's witnessing. She's gonna start talking to you and trying to get to know you.

When she says hi, you can say hi back but like I said I wouldn't recommend pursuing girls at work. This post is more about building and maintaining sexual tension. Maybe others can extrapolate shit from here but this shit won't work on a cold approach.

Group settings stuff like this will work and you'll have to pull the girl away eventually unlike the workplace. You'll have a lot of influence over the girl

Assuming you have a decent level of attaraction you can have all the girls at work longing for you. You can be the man there. They'll have your back against the other betas

These girls are being talked to by all types of guys, beta orbiters at the job saying all types of BS. You have to the be the rock in her life.
