Hi there, here will be a long series of articles that I will be putting together on my experiences with life, and what I wish my younger self knew. Even though I think everyone needs to learn from experience, knowing something ahead of time will help eliminate some of that trial and error.

I was thinking today, "what if people who lived a few hundreds of years ago could buy products that we have today?"

One of the first things that came to my mind was the simple multivitamin. How much is health really worth? How much would a multivitamin be worth back in the day when a large portion of society was malnourished? How much would Kings of that generation pay for this product?

The point is is that if you're not taking a multivitamin every day you're losing tons of money, health, etc. There is no reason not to make sure your body has sufficient basic minerals. Because who needs better skin, less acne, tougher nails, healthier hair, better gums, stronger bones, etc. etc. etc.

Good, now that I have convinced you that anyone who isn't taking a multivitamin everyday is losing out on so much for so little. Lets talk about even more of these "supplements" that you should be taking every day.

Glutamine - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/glutamine.htm Creatine - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/5-reasons-to-use-creatine.htm Fish Oil - Seriously just take this everyday Protein powder - http://www.bodybuilding.com/content/the-benefits-of-protein-shakes.html

The reason why I didn't take all of these before was because I have heard so many myths about these products. I was uneducated learning from other people who were uneducated. Also, I agreed with them thinking that "I don't need these, it seems bad for my body because I'm getting an excess of someone I should be getting with my food."

Please believe me when I say you are not getting enough of these in your diet every day if you are not taking these supplements. EVEN if you are eating extremely clean, and the correct food, you STILL won't be getting enough of these nutrients that your body wants and needs.

tl;dr: The Multivitamin is the actual lifehack of our generation
