I've got some problems with a lot of your post

-assuming there's some paradise America can't reach - the failings are more likely personal than geographic

-you seem like an 'all-talk' whiner

But avoiding those for now, for you answer:

The service 'industry'.

Restaurants, bars, clubs.

Everyone's young (some in college, some not, some post), usually attractive, works late on weekends (to the point where the job = their social life) - Given the transient nature of the jobs, most people just passing through, means NSA hooking up is pretty common. At restaurants, which can be high stress, nearly everyone's screwing someone. Further, jobs like cocktail waitress for women or bartender for men are 'high-status', socially. This status applies whether the girl is industry or not.

How does the status apply outside of the insular industry world? As far as sleeping with hot girls outside of the 'industry' the only people who get more undeserved status and ass than bartenders are DJs. Bartender game is a separate post on its own, but probably unnecessary - you'll either never get to use it (if you never have the job) or you already know it, because inevitably you pick it up working the job.

Here's the thing - for many guys, barring unique life circumstances (fame, extreme wealth, sea changes in appearance or status), college is the prime. You are now working 40+ hours which you use to have to get to know available, logistically convenient women, who are no longer around in such great numbers. There's changes in mindsets, locations, etc which inexorably change realities and expectations. Don't live in the past and try and recapture some faded glory. Push forward, improve and see what your left with - might pleasantly surprise.

Might be part of your problem - women do wise up to aspire to be more than flesh cumrags - you probably betray this disappointment and this is why you can't get laid.

Late twenties is definitely the easiest in terms of an increase of women being (massively) receptive to sex with me.

18-22 was hellish because I still looked like I belonged in high school and women there were only interest in the older dudes, muscular dudes, or dudes who looked older. The only time the girl was actually enthusiastic about getting laid were always younger (usually high school seniors or freshman in college). Hit my head against the wall too many times trying to hook up with women my age or older.

Plus, women tend to put up less of a 'slut defense' as they get older. Also, technically opportunities have opened up in terms of older women (up to 40) wanting to get with you. It surprised the fuck out of me to have some mid-thirties soccer-mom-looking woman hit on me when I was 26. It fucked with my head a bit the first time it happened.

Being a college professor, and never touching your students. Really.

Every woman on the planet who's been to college has "Do a prof" somewhere in their bucket list, and almost none have actually done it. The moment you tell them, truthfully, that you never paw at the "coeds" (which somehow makes you noble), you're in and over a pretty remarkable age range (near 30 to 60...I'm 57).

You are their fantasy - fusty mannerisms, arcane verbiage and all. You're tapping into memories of their wild years and the things they never did about it.

Bonus: They're college graduates.

Maybe being a physician works just as well but, damn...

Being a club dj/promoter in my mid 20s. It beat college all day long. I did both and I swear I got more hot ass in the club scene than college. In college I wasn't in a frat, didn't play sports, just ran game and got laid. In the scene, we made the show happen. It was a whole different level of ass on tap.

You did better in college because you did mostly "warm" approaches. Warm means the approach got a head-start because she was a friend of a friend, she was in your class, she goes to the same school, etc. This automatically injects some rapport, which is an essential ingredient.

A cold approach is when the woman is a total stranger, has different friends, and may have little superficial things in common with you. Cold approaches take more skill, because you have to start from zero. You have to make rapport on your own. This is the real world. You have to get used to it. Not just with women, but in all aspects of your life -- for example, making new male friends.

Just keep practicing cold approaches, you'll get better with time. You may have to aim a little lower at first, and then once you get good at it, you gradually work your way up. You'll find the quality of women are actually much better, and the work you put in will pay dividends in the future, especially once you hit your 30s.

There are 2 ways to fuck sorority sluts outside of college.

First:

Go to a college campus, and head towards a bar or the library.
Wear a bunch of Vineyard Vine shit, and make yourself look as 22 as possible.
Hit on a chick and have game. Mention you're about to graduate.
If she asks what frat and you suck at redirecting, do research on what the top frats are, look up the president and any vice presidents, memorize their names. If these sorority girls care so much about status as you think, she'll definitely know a lot of the guys in the top frat. Say you're in the frat and drop names.

Move to the downtown area of any major city that has a college nearby. You want to be in walking distance or at least a short drive from all the night clubs, bars, restaurants, then its easy to take girls home with you.

Have you considered joining the university gym, if it allows for outside patrons?

I am thinking of doing this myself in a month's time where I stay. My reasons are -

They have a squash court, basketball court and rock climbing, along with the rest of the gym stuff - which is a big deal for me as I get seriously bored at the gym
i'm surrounded by college girls - sure, I'm not going to hit on them in the gym but once you're out of the gym, there are a bunch of girls in the quad that you can chat up.

Have you tried this approach?

I may be in the minority but yeah. College was almost too easy. Social circle game meant meeting dozens of girls, and there was an atmosphere of mutual trust.
