I feel angry. I'm currently not part of the 20% of males having 80% of the sex, and it pisses me off. What makes it worse, is that the more I think about it, the more negative I become, which lowers my chances of having sex even more. It's damn hard to not be bitter toward women when you see these types of patterns emerging. i.e. being sexual only to males that have mates, playing mind games, flaking etc.

If I were ever "alpha" at any point, it was definitely in high school. I had a good male group of friends that looked up to me, a group of girls that hung out and partied with us, and even went out with the most attractive of the bunch for the last two years of high school. In college, that all changed. I assumed girls and friends would just come to me. I was a wuss. Wasn't until the past Summer that I started gaming and getting into self-improvement. Now, as a Senior in college, I realize how much I've been fucking up - and I'm paying the consequences. Girls notice when you haven't had sex in a few years, especially when you go to a small liberal arts school and everyone knows each other.

Now, I'm going out and trying to meet women, but it feels as though they are repelled by me (and they probably are due to my mindset).

I've heard some of you talk about how you overcame this bitterness. How you just "accepted it" and used it to your advantage. How do you do this without losing your mind?
