I appreciate the advice and share your perspective. I'm about to enter college in a new state and have been successfully breaking free from my introverted tendencies. I plan to hit the ground running as you described and balance socializing and self-development as well as possible. It's intimidating, but I know I'm up to the task and am glad to have it spelled out for me.
