This is work homie. TRP mantras need to be toned down. Do the job you're paid for, work hard, get political. Slow down your speech, follow orders, issue orders, maintain difficult projects on the side. Be efficient. Be the first in the office and last to leave. You want them thinking of you as a hard worker, an asset, and a leader. No doormat shit, not being difficult, and them not knowing jackshit about your personal life. Stay away from toxic people/convos.

Eat right at lunch....pack in whole grains, chicken, and veggies cause I know you're not! Workout BEFORE you hit the office. You won't torture yourself in the gym after 8 hours of what you're describing. Also get the fuck off facebook. It is none of your business and frankly a waste of time. Start doing shit worthy of talking about(even if you don't get to talk about it). If all they are talking about is blowing dicks and you went camping with your buds and had a blast..then jokes on them. Make it not your fucking problem.

It's not "homophobic" if you don't want to hang around people who talk about sucking cocks. This is called normal male behaviour. Society will try to shame you if you find homosexuals gross, but realistically, if you like women, hearing about men banging each other is probably disgusting.

The word homophobic is stupid. "Phobic" indicates a phobia i.e. an irrational fear that affects your ability to lead a normal life. Finding homosexual acts disgusting does not fit this description.

If you're walking down the street and see a steaming pile of dog shit, you're likely going to avoid it. Are you afraid of dog shit? Are you against dog shit? Are you "dog shit phobic"? No, it's gross so you decide to avoid it.

Keep it fun and brief while making light, non-judgemental jokes about their conversations. This way you can exit any of their dopey convos quickly without looking like a dick. If you come off as standoffish they will gang up on your and saddle you with bullshit. You can control everything easier if you keep things fun, however much you dislike their company.

Stay aloof. Eat at your desk, "Sorry, too busy, we'll catch up later." It's important that you not seem snooty, though, so you can find out where they are going and show up for just the last 10 minutes or so. It minimizes the amount of time, but shows you are theoretically open to sharing their company.

Listen when it's required, but don't judge. They just are who they are and they are not likely to change.

Simple: By not letting them decide your character, purpose, and belief in life.

They are not going to change their ways no matter how much our knowledge can be helpful for all races, genders, etc. Women will be women and gays will be gays. Saying anything else to them as far as what you believe in will be heard but not listened to.

The best thing you can do its just treat them as if they are kids and you are the only adult in the room. When you think about it, most blue pill people, women, and gays are trapped within society's rule. They have no idea what a honest original thought truly is. Accept that fact and simply move on. Engage with them but never allow them to drag you down to the fuckery that is there hive mind mentally.

Act as cool as you can be. Never get mad or upset that they are not on your path or level of thinking. Not in a arrogant way (Though, at times you can be. Women and even gays eat that shit up like cat nip) but, more so just be cool at all times. They are them and you are you. Never give them the power to control how you feel. If they agree, fuck them (In a positive way) Just nod and smile as you continue to do you.

Remember, they will not change. They are pictures locked in a moment of that time. There is nothing else but that moment in the picture. Whether sad, happy, angry, etc. Women are simply pictures of the moment. Once you accept that you will be able to talk about whatever and laugh it off as you focus on work and get your money on Friday.

Bottom line is to simply be yourself and do you. People will continue to do the same. Stay selfish in a positive way. You should be fine

I'd get the hell out of that career path if at all possible. Customer service is like HR in that it requires no tangible skills, therefore it will be populated by women. Since you are a man and have the ability to acquire some skillset, I would suggest doing so. You will quickly find yourself in a more masculine environment and probably making a lot more money.

You're not stuck in a career, you choose to work there because it pays the bills, and you're a provider to your Wife. Start thinking of it that way. You choose to be there, and it'll make your time there easier.

There's an old saying: those that love where they are, don't stay there for long. (ergo, love your job, work hard at it, and you'll move up quickly)

As for your interactions... You're married (the ultimate form of LTR), and straight. There's a lot of downsides to it, but the upsides are huge: no more worrying about playing the field, no more need to care about other women or hell, other guys. You're above all that bullshit now. You're out. You're retired. You already have a prime woman.

So, in short: ignore'em. Ignore facebook. Ignore their sex talk. Ignore the ever living crap out of them. Put on some headphones, listen to some music, take a run during lunch. Say you're trying to get fit if anyone asks. Instead of being anti-social, you're viewed as being a hard worker, in and out of the work life.

The point is, and this is really important: Why are you even bothering with women when you're (presumably) happily married? You don't need the female gender anymore in any non-work related, social aspect. Especially not on your lunch. Let your actions during your work speak for you. Leave the cock talk to the chickens.

I'm not trying to go against the grain here, but one of my favorite coworkers is a lesbian. She's hella awkward, but I enjoy her company because she is fun and we have similar hobbies ( she's a climbing buddy.) You don't have to buddy up to everybody, just those you have similar interests with. Seeing as you might continue to work there for the foreseeable future, might as well find some value in it.

Can you imagine if a woman heard a bunch of guys talking about the last girl they banged. I'm not saying they were telling her, but just overhear them talking about it. A shitstorm would be had.

If you don't want to hear those stories, especially sexually graphic ones YOU DO have the option to go to HR. I would personally just do my own thing on breaks and such, grab a book, go to the gym, shit head out to the nearest park and enjoy the sun.
