Simple ... don't give them anything. Women should exist in one of three categories.

1) Girls you fucking

2) Girls who are helping you fuck other girls

3) Girls who are providing some tangible positive benefit to your life, network connections, or other services.

If a girl isn't doing one of the three above, then she's invisible and doesn't exist, no matter how good looking she is. For girls I'm pursuing the moment they try to use their pussy is when I turn around and walk away.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but I'll try to answer anyway.

How do I avoid being the beta bucks?

Well, there's two parts to this question. First of all, nobody is forcing you to live like a rich person. Living below your means is a good idea financially, but if you don't want women to treat you differently because of your money don't tell them until your dating (I'm assuming you want to date, otherwise why would you care why they're interested?).

The second part is that if they do know you have a lot of money, just follow Nancy Reagon's advice and just say no. Can you buy me a drink? No. Are you paying for this date? No. The exception I make is if I'm way better off than the girl financially, then it doesn't make any sense to burden her with the costs when they wouldn't hurt me very much. Or even better go on dates that don't cost money.

How do I go from alpha to beta?

This is the more difficult part. The most important thing to keep in mind is that it's about you, not the women. A beta thinks about what the woman is thinking, the alpha thinks about what he is thinking. You also need to work on improving yourself.

I don't like the idea of game, because it's just too fake. If you take care of yourself (i.e. don't be fat, take showers, etc.), are confident, and don't put girls on a pedestal, you should be fine.

The more advanced theory is interesting, and can be used effectively once you master the basics, but really it's not completely necessary.

If you dont get what you want out of a situation, go do something you will enjoy more. Hence, if a girl asks you to help her move her couch, and asks you to help. you can strraight up ask her, whats in it for me? or you can just know ahead of time shes looking for a beta to help her pick up something heavy, and she wont fuck you. so you say no. use this for everything you can apply it to in life.

The key to being an alpha and holding your frame is that you have to have rules and boundaries.

You see, manipulative people speak to your emotions so you find yourself almost unconsciously doing things for them. And its not just about spending money - women can manipulate you in myriad ways - they can treat you like an emotional tampon, they can verbally abuse you, they can be late for things, etc... Even the most alpha guys find themselves sometimes putting up with bullshit because you just get emotionally involved. You need to have a strict set of rules (and constantly be adding more rules) as to what you will and will not tolerate.

But most importantly, you always have to keep your finger on the nuclear button. By that I mean you have to show the woman that are you not afraid of just walking away forever. It will feel weird and awful for the first few times, but you have to have that weapon in your arsenal. I've found that if a woman knows that you will actually press the nuclear button she will straighten herself out and you have to realize that if she doesn't it wasn't worth it with her in the first place.

Before you share your hard-earned resources, ask yourself "are you doing this to be nice or change her mind?" If so, don't pay.

Beta bucks feel good about spending cash on women; they're indoctrinated to think it's an investment and that it positively affects the outcome. You can just purchase sex if you need it so bad.

Anecdote from last weekend: I had a woman over, had her help cook dinner (really $1-2 more than if I cooked alone), went skating (didn't pay for her), and went to dessert. In a tiny lapse of judgement I bought her a $4 dessert because I actually had a good time with her and she was falling on hard times. I've promised never to unilaterally pay for a woman's shit, but $4 was really just pocket change; it's not like a fancy dinner. She absolutely lit up and thanked me when I offered to fork over $4. Then she went home.

It's just $4, but there was zero reason for me to spend it. She does not think any better of me. I didn't feel good about it.
