Two ways anon (save this reply):

Welfaremaxing- do a rayray tyronius maximus... work cash jobs (contractors, painters, tilers, barber, etc). Collude with the mothers to maximise their state benefits as single mothers (snap, single parent, disability, wic, free housing) then give them bits of cash on the side also. Welfare usually allows parents to setup their own arrangements outside the courts. Courts and welfare agency making forced payments are usually the last option. Talk it out with the mothers.

Second option... If you are not a "poor," this is your most likely success path. Setup proxy businesses in far away places through a shell companies or trusts. Outside the west. UAE economic free zones. Similar to the Panama papers you can setup companies under your agents representation in Seychelles, Caiman Islands. There are like 14 other countries that are like business vpn's. The courts and lawyers will not be able to untangle the mess if they are overseas and shelled through a web. It's one of the reasons many politicians, like the Bidens can't be prosecuted, investigators are unable to untangle the web of foreign accounts and obscurity despite knowing they received graft payments and racketeering. Hard to prove a murder, when you can't find a body. Best option for regular folks though, is welfaremaxing

Just be a dead beat dad. I know this guy, 5 kids with 3 women. He's a piece of shit father. Talks to each of his 3 baby mamas telling them how hard it is and that he has no money. One of them has a court order, no problem just switch jobs and make her pay lawyers buckets of money to reapply to have the new employer garnished. All so she can get her $177 per month.

To summarize;

Make excuses & pretend to be mad about it
Don't provide tax or employer info
Switch careers **if they eventually get to the garnish wages part of the process.

Set up a company in a foreign country and get paid via independent consulting, taxes via 1099

You will still owe the money so I guess they could technically issue a warrant for your arrest though. Bonus points if it's online work and you live outside the US

Spend 2000$ on a good accountant. Setup an LLC/S-Corp. Invest in Dubai // Get a Dubai Visa. Setup a business there. Get 0% tax on that business but use the dubai debit visa card here.

You don't have to pay. The chances of legal action following are pretty low. You just have to have the balls to do it. Note those odds will go up if you're bragging about how much you make or you start living the high life
