My buddy explained his position on this really well. By not getting married you reduce your risk by a metric shit ton because you don't have to worry about alimony. Secondly, his opinion that if child support is the cost of having a kid, it's totally worth it to him. Having a family is a great experience, just have to define if it's worth it for you financially.

Just don't fuck up and be a drunk or anything so you have a chance at 50/50 custody.

Or you can get some third world chick pregnant and hope she hands over your kid. If she doesn't, your don't have to worry about support. But your kid will suffer.

Absolutely the first priority for a man who wants kids is to choose a woman based on character. TRP is all about looks and sex - put those at a lower priority. You want a high level of saneness, emotional stability, dependable character, a giving and nurturing personality, affectionately submissive but not overly dependent, committed to family, conservative in values, modest in social and sexual behavior, from a family with no history of divorce or marital drama, and who has a good father who she admires and looks up to. She probably won't be the red-hot firecracker that will impress all your friends, but you're looking for the mother of your children, not a cumslut.

If you are in the U.S., some states are much better than others for father's rights, alimony, and child support. Do some research and move to one of the better ones.

As other mentioned, expatriate. I hear Ukraine girls are hot and the culture is still patriarchal, so does not condone sluttiness and divorce rape.

Just move to a conservative state and hide assets. Most of the non-radical leftist states are usually more fair. Ultimately it comes down to judge so it can really be hit or miss. Be willing to follow mom anywhere and shared custody usually becomes a reality. Things like moving to the same school district go a long ways. Also get a competent attorney who can also appeal the case. Thay way if you get a pro-mother judge you can always hope an appeals panel will overrule the original order. Also plan to get assets off the books. Gold and silver coins (just basic US or other mint coins) are your best bet. Firearms purchased legally from a private individual can be a store of wealth. Most decent handguns are $500 so it would be easy enough to get six and basically have $3K in assets right there. Just remember loose lips sink ships, so hide the stuff good and sell things off over time to pay for things for you kid or whatever.

Yes it is. Do whatever will lead to your own fulfillment and satisfaction. Surrogates can be tricky, but there are professional services (semi-legal) that should suit your needs. You may want to look outside of the United States. Don't forget to consult a competent lawyer.
