So about a year ago after watching some bullshit conviction story on the news (something like "male rapist convicted. Has sex with girl while both drunk. What a bastard"), I decided that I need girls to start signing a thing making it pretty clear what's about to happen, before I have sex with them.

The initial response of some guys if "that's stupid, if you don't trust a girl, don't have sex with her". Fair enough; true indeed. But this logic implies that nobody who has ever been betrayed by someone that they trusted. I'm sure most of you RP folks are aware of the fact that once in a while, a girl you 'trust' will decide to cry rape if you don't end up 'together'.

I figured I could also add in some language addressing the "reproductive rights" inequality here, by making sure that the girl absolves me of any responsibility if she pokes a hole in the condom, forgets her birth control, or otherwise tries to child-rape me.

Now I should mention that one reason I'm so sensitive to this subject is that in high school, one of the popular girls who fell out of favor tried to regain her social status by telling everyone that I raped her. I was a fat kid, unpopular, and nerdy so everyone figured I'd be the sort to rape someone since I couldn't get any on my own; despite the fact that I never hung out with her alone, even once. We were actually good friends, though... kind of. She was a big part of my social clique (reject goth smokers, or something like that), and I certainly considered her a friend.

As fucked up as that is, it didn't stop there. See, I didn't even know what was going on. This girl had told everyone who told everyone else, but nobody told me until I got called into the office. Apparently some white knight (in this case I use the term less derisively) went and alerted the school administration, who called the cops.

Now, I was at the time a less-than-white-hat hacker (I admit it... I was a skiddy in my pre-whitehat days) so the police being about while I'm called into the principal's office had my heart going. When I was told what I was being accused of, I must have looked relieved but only because I hadn't yet developed a redpill mentality. I thought "oh, this is just some misunderstanding, they must have the wrong kid. I'll just tell them I don't know what they're talking about, and be set free."

Wrong.

I spent the rest of the day in the office with the cops, with her in an office across the hall. I could hear her fake-crying. I was so terrified, I didn't know what to say other than "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?" -- She said she couldn't remember an exact date or time, so I was unable to give an alibi.

Now to this girl's credit, she did -- after about 5 hours -- confess to having made it up. Maybe it's something like stockholm syndrome, but I wanted to run up and hug her for that.

Unfortunately, she only told the cops and the principal, and not all of her once-again-friends, the popular girls or the rest of the students. This meant that for the remainder of my high school years (not long, I dropped out because of it) I was known as the guy who was so ugly that he had to rape some poor sweet innocent popular girl, just to get laid. Me explaining that I didn't rape her and that she even confessed as much did not dissuade anyone, and when asked about it she simply cried and let them assume the worst of me.

So perhaps this is slightly influenced by my lack of trust

Note that this document is NOT something that'll hold water in an actual court (as pointed out in the comments), but I don't expect it to save me if I actually do get sued or something. All relevant precautions are always taken, but my hope is that in the worst case scenario, this will keep me OUT of court rather than helping me IN court.
