So you and her agreed to be... poly-amorous? with a plate? Men and women playing the field both do this, it's called casual dating. I don't see why you needed a sit down conversation to discuss the terms and conditions with a plate. Just do your thing when the two of you are together and who cares what she does when you're not together. That's what she'll be and likely is doing.

Posting a success with context of how you overcame obstacles and how others can do the same helps. A "cool look how awesome" doesn't do much for everyone else here.
You are both young. Unless you both want a LTR now or looking for marriage\family all of your relationships will be transitory. You are dating a woman who is in her attention getting peak- good for you getting her to try to lock you up, but keep in mind she gets a lot of offers.

Glad you are happy- keep in mind you just got a girl who wants to have sex with you notice that you are still open to other women. No matter what understanding you think you might have she most likely is thinking of doing the same. TRP opened your eyes to the idea that with work, application of knowledge and some discipline you can have more than one woman if you want to. For her it's a lot easier and she does not have to do much to make that happen.

Glad you go what you want right now, which seems to be a plate that has plates. You also feel like you have 17 tons of confidence but sometimes that works against you. Guys are bred to be problem solvers, fix it up men. Broken car, leaky sink, network down etc. we attack issues and then it works. And we get good at it- feeds the ego (in a good way) and give you the confidence to tackle hard jobs and the wisdom to never stop learning.

Problem is people are not things. This goes for men and women. Some people can be "fixed" meaning improved. They can make change, grow learn and get better. The problem lies in believing that you have a high % of doing this and that you have the skills to do so. While many therapists are hacks there are a lot of well-educated skilled PhD’s who can turn people’s lives around. More than likely you are not one of these people. And this can only be successful when the subject in question wants to get better and has a good reason to get better. So in your case I would state the following-

You are so amazing and can create such a fulfilling life for her that any of the other guys she can have pale by comparison.
If #1 is not the case she is also willing to give up the dozens of other options available to her.
She can\wants to ignore all of the offers she gets on a daily basis from men who can provide for her and will let her do whatever she wants.

In today’s modern times there are guys who are cool with women who have been with lots of guys. There are people who live the "alternative lifestyles" and swing, open relationships, etc. If that is truly what you want for yourself, fine. Keep in mind if you are good with a women who is good with this type of behavior when you meet her you are now saying that you alone are the man who can change this- or you are good with it.

So either you have amazing powers of reason, persuasion and bring such value to the table that this will occur or it's Newton's Law- objects in motion tend to stay in motion.

Not dumping on what you got- just keep in mind she more than likely will operate the same way. Your 23 so don't sweat it.

Only how you got what you wanted is useful to me. Welcome, but shut up and hang around for a while. I've been here over a year and have yet to make a post. (comments excluded) I've still got too much to learn.
