I've read the entire Elliot Rogers autobiography-thing. It's one of the weirdest reads in the world, highly recommended. I wish I could describe its essence in a clear way, but that's hard to do. But in the memoir, there's no real "introspection" on his part, no blame placed on himself whatsoever. His personality was so...bland. No humor. And he was indeed always being like, "I have a nice car, nice hair, I dress well, and yet these stupid women hate me. And I hate them." And he was literally disgusted by other people's sexual success.

Anyway, there was something creepy about how he just listed his superficial positive qualities and expected to get women based solely on that. Like, in his mind, there was a list called "what women like" and if he simply checked off all the boxes, women should automatically like him. Like women are literal robots. Naturally, if you have muscles, are good-looking, are well-dressed, etc, women will like you more but you also need to be, like...a person. Actually you don't even really need to be a person since lots of psychopaths are good with women. I guess what I'm trying to say is his personality was weird and off and he was creepy as fuck and that's why he couldn't get women.

However, you are not like him because you are actually asking yourself, "How do I change this mindset?" Meaning, you know the mindset itself is the problem and you want to change it. So that's cool. You change it by exploring your inner-self and accepting responsibility for where you stand. It is not women's fault but your fault, and you know this.

In your case, I feel like you could use God in your life or something. Maybe try going to church? Or Synagogue or Mosque or wherever Hindus go. Hell, becoming a devout atheist might even work. Spiritual development is what I'm talking about here. Get on that so you can learn to hate less.

What is Frame?

Frame means you literally draw a fence around yourself, an ego boundry, and make the mental declaration that this is your turf and it's your private property and within this realm you are the sole king and have complete Freedom.

Frame is an island... a paradise of sorts.

Once you realize what defines your Frame you can begin to make a paradise there.

"Gee, this island is great... so many beautiful sunsets... but I'm bored and feeling kind of stale... I need a Game to amuse me."

So you begin to leave the island and go "out there" and find dangerous playthings... they are called women... and you develop this realization that you can control your Frame 100%, but the "out there" well geez, there's competition and everything. I'm going to have to get Red Pill smart to be good at Game. Since "out there" you can't always win you need to adopt an "outcome independence" attitude when you amuse yourself with Game.

At that point you know what you are learning here.

Do you hate snakes, sharks, tigers, children, fast cars, aeroplanes? All of these things are a massive fucking pain, all are dangerous (don't laugh ... toddlers shoot more people per year than of terrorists), but all have their upsides and you learn how to handle them as they are.

Okay every one is full of nasty 'criticism' so instead of joining in like that, I will try to give you some real life advice.

The problem is not your feelings, the problem is that you are just 21 and apparently haven't found too much good in life so far. I can tell you that I am happily married, and I've dated and bedded more than a couple of women prior to getting married. I've been through a number of bad relationships. And, when I finally got a good relationship I found out she was definitely worth marrying.

Back when I was single I could very much be described as one of those guys who rates no better than a 5 or 6 who often went out with 8s and 9s. Some of them were a lot of fun, some of them are people who I would define as needing a 'check up from the neck up' and when I was still single, friends of mine would comment how jealous they were of me because I could walk up to good looking women and carry on conversations with them. Sometimes I actually got lucky.

None of this happened before I was 28 or 29 years old. It took me a long time through trial and error to figure out how to talk to and relate to women in such a fashion that talking to them actually produced a positive result. When I was 21, I was an absolute emotional train wreck. My parents had beaten me down with a lot of negative portrayals of the opposite sex. I was constantly hounded by them because my poor looks and poor appearance would NEVER allow me to be attractive to the opposite sex. According to my parents this was probably for the best because, in their opinion, women were nothing but a bunch of Jezebels who would lead me into sin and misery. My mother would frequently suggest that I should join the priesthood so I'd never have to worry about women.

Needless to say my attitude toward women at age 21 was probably more fucked up than yours. It took me years to deconstruct the warped views of women that had been instilled in me. I will say that is difficult to do and can only be accomplished with a lot of trial and error. If you try this there will no doubt be set backs that may at first reinforce your current views on women, however, if you try to simply introduce yourself and say 'hi' with genuine good humour it would be a good starting point.

I had one girlfriend in high school and finally got laid at the age of 18. For most of university I didn't bother with women. I had one girl I dated for a sexless month and then she dumped me when I told her I had no interest in getting married ever.

Other than that, there were a dozen or so classmates with a mix of males and females and we all hung out together and went clubbing and stuff, but I didn't do any other dating.

My whole time in university I had two ONSs which were targets of opportunity, and actually they were not even classmates; I was in the army reserve and one was an army chick and the other was a friend of an army buddy.

I was too busy enjoying life, doing well at school, partying, soldiering, carousing with male friends. Pussy for its own sake was so far down on my list that the fact I wasn't getting any didn't bother me.

It was a couple of years later that women started really taking an interest in me, and things went swimmingly from then on.

My point is, enjoy all the good things in your life other than pussy, or find more of those things to enjoy. A major source of attraction for women is a man who is enjoying life without them, so in a round-about zen way not chasing pussy can get you pussy.

On other matters: don't take fashion advice from friends. Mere acquaintances who are stylish (or hot in the case of women) can be more unbiased and aren't afraid to hurt your feelings if you made or are about to make a bad choice.

Facial hair is a tricky subject. Experiment a bit and see what works for you. For me it's a van dyke, a fu manchu or some variation. A straight moustache makes me look like a pedophile while a full beard makes me look homeless. Others such as a goatee, soul patch, mutton chops and the like just look silly and I have never been able to sculpt a proper d'artagnan.

You don't need to be ripped and you don't need years in the gym. Three months, three times a week with a proper routine and diet is all you need to pack on 10 pounds of muscle, lose 10 pounds of fat, or even do both. Then it is just maintenance.

Join your uni debating team; if you have graduated then join Toastmasters. Develop your public speaking skills and it will build your confidence to approach and make conversation . . . drug and alcohol free.

OK the whole Elliot Rodgers shit you said.. Isn't really helpful that kinda shit isn't what the redpill is about. I understand you are in a bad place but you need to realise that bad place is of your own creation..

What I'm saying is you're trapped in a reaffirming circle of negative thinking.. You are getting trapped in this idea that women are shit.. And you are going out into the world with that negative view about women. And with every interaction you have with women you carry this negativity.. And they can smell your negative vibe a mile off. And you get negative feedback Then you're negatively reading stuff on the Internet redpill.. Further reaffirming negative beliefs about women..

You need to realise that the Redpill is about the pursuit of a better life, and love of good women. I think you need to sit down with someone and discuss with them who the fuck hurt you.

And furthermore.. Respect your Mum/Mom The one thing I would suggest you do in get a pen and paper and (if you get along with you mother)write your Mother's name.. Write down all the stuff she's done for you. How she's loved you and how's she's quite actually cool.. Then write down the name of every cool chick you've encountered through the years and why they were cool. Or how they helped you. Or how easy they were easy to get along with.. Write down stuff about your favourite aunt or headmistress.. Write down all the women who aren't boring or who don't put themselves on pedestals, or the ones that are interesting or funny..Whichever female..

If that helps.. Keep that list somewhere to remind yourself not all women are lame.

Seriously though you should seek a mental health professional. The stigma is not so bad nowadays. You are in desperate need of counselling in the least. Lots of universities offer a certain amount of sessions for free.

Also, stop being so negative. Live life! You should be enjoying life not mulling through it with hatred. You're only wasting YOUR time. Most of everyone else is happy. Those couples, happy. Those women you hate, happy.

Also, stop rationalizing and making excuses for good advice. You don't want to listen. Fine. But don't come back with some snarky know it all answer when people here are trying to help you with advice that WORKS.

Lastly, the world doesn't owe you shit. You need to work for it. Honestly, you don't even deserve a reply. I'm only doing this for others who feel like you who are lurking here.
