Lift weights. Best course of action for changing your phsyique, and your mind. It's easy as hell to figure out a routine and diet, just through reading online, unless you are a dolt.

If you go 6 days a week you don't push yourself (don't know how to be intense).

Also I do lift , and I do jui jitsu , when ever I get bigger or stronger I self sabotage and find reasons to not be successful , as I don't feel that I deserve to be successful , the same goes for my business decisions or anything good that comes into my life , I've came here to what I thought would be masculine male leaders who want to help other males not wannabe alpha bullies who just want to shoot others down. The reason I mentioned abuse was not for sympathy , it was to find some answers and opinions on how having the idea , that you are worth nothing , hammered into your head from a young age can surely have an effect on your self esteem as a man.
