So today he apologized for the millionth time about something he didn't have to, and I ask him why he does that, and he told me "well you would understand if you when you went to the school I did that they make you feel bad for anything you ask".

When people are really broken... well, they don't always know why they are so broken, and even if they do have the self awareness to know, they won't always tell you. That is true for both guys and girls.

I do understand that "sorry for every little move" is some typical beta shit, or woman stuff...

When I've seen apologies to absurd levels, it was most often because someone was abused by their family from a very young age. Ya know, they got regularly kicked by an adult (or older siblings) for leaving a toy out, had adults tell them how shitty they were when they made a slight wrong move, instead of teaching them things, etc.

He definitely isn't a liar or disingenuous, you can tell right off the bat, he's an honest guy (possibly to a fault).

He's probably an extremely hurt person, in his core. There are very limited things you can do about that, even if you want to.

If this had to do with school, it was some very extreme bullying. I'm more inclined to think it was from a shitty childhood where he was treated horribly and unfairly by those closest to him.

Gotta say, shit like that makes me sad.

I've been that guy. Life is awful.

It took me a long time to realize how stupid I sounded. It reached a point where I found myself apologizing for shit I hadn't done. One time, my girlfriend had a dream where I cheated on her, and I apologized for it. I even said I was sorry for dating other girls before her (we were in a christian church, so marriage and "purity" were a big deal).

I'll bet $10 that if you say, "Dude, stop saying sorry all the time" he'll respond with "sorry".

Our school system is run primarily by women. And women, as solipsists, are incapable of empathizing with people who think and act differently from them.

And boys, as we all remember, tend to fuck shit up when we're in our development phase. We whack each other with fake swords, we play full-contact sports, we brawl, we play violent video games, we ogle asses and titties.

We can't help being like this. It's a natural part of being a man-in-training.

But when women see these behaviors - even if it's mothers seeing them in their own sons - they assume that something is "wrong." We shouldn't be thinking and acting like boys. We should be thinking and acting like girls. Because she thinks and acts like a girl, so that must be the "right" way to be.

So these boyish characteristics are punished severely. Sometimes they're misdiagnosed as ADHD, and drugged away accordingly.

Your intern has been raised in an environment where he is required to turn out to be a proper, beta little princess. And we're going to see a lot more like them as the collapse draws ever nearer.

I have this manager at work that compliments everyone with "good job" and "nicely done" and so on at every opportunity and often when it's not deserved. I told him that it's like telling your girlfriend that she's beautiful and you love her every five minutes and how that comes across as desperate. He seemed to understand that.

This kid needs understand the idea of taking. Taking credit and establish that he is not a punching bag or a scapegoat.

I'm at Denny's last weekend with my friend and some potential PLATES. I noticed that they ordered "can I have...." versus my "I'll have..." No one was rude, but I ordered with the expectation of receiving. It comes natural to a man to be commanding.

Your boss shouldn't always praise for what is expected to be done. Especially minimally done.

I found this hilarious.

I think it's part of growing up and taking note of other human behaviour for some. Specifically when you start as an intern, you're literally at the bottom of the pile.

The whole hierarchal status thing matters way too much to these individuals in these corporations. People actually get off on their job title.

I would not say sorry constantly but enough where I am sure It was annoying. What did it for me was when a high school teacher told me "are you really sorry...or will you most likely do it again?" I thought about it and realized yes ill bump accidentally into people and other incidental stuff...I changed sorry to excuse me shortly thereafter

I say sorry constantly myself. Its something that I have to wean myself off of. I'm relatively new to my job like your intern so I dont want to ruffle feathers around my workplace.

In India, we're expected to be "respectful" to every slut while they can gossip and point out "Look at that creep". The whole education system is built on marks,which you know are just one of the ways in which women keep their hamster happy. "Look at me mommy! I got more marks than a boy! Girl power rulzzz!". I used to be offended at this but a few days ago I told one such girl that she can kiss my ass.

I used to see shit like this at school when I went. A bunch of liberal feminist views spewing inequality. I got tired of that shit and challenged the entire class. Made up of 90% women of course. Not one word was spoken. But women are intimidated by me though, for the most part.

I graduated college in 2013 and I can verify. Espouse an idea outside what the feminine imperative allows and you are made to feel as though you have wronged society. (stop asking questions and till your field serf) Hell even questioning the validity of the ideas that are taken for granted as truth will get you hollered at by the ultra liberal radfem types. The idea is that if they keep you walking on eggshells then you can't or won't be able to think critically about things in a way that may challenge their worldview.

I once had a three hour conversation with a third wave feminist about her ideas. Cue the tropes about the "definition of feminism" equality bullshit she said in between tearing down masculinity as toxic and wrong. Anything androcentric was inherently bad, but she totally doesn't hate men and her feminism wasn't about tearing down males. . . Right. Shit if I had known about redpill I would have understood the smoke pouring out of her ears wasn't anger, it was the bearing on her hamster wheel burning up because that bitch had her hamster running so hard. Long story longer I talked circles around her with logic the whole time and she took the "moral high ground" by saying my masculinity was toxic.

Its really not that hard to end up like this, a simple change in reality and perception and we can all wind up blue pill.

Its easy to criticize little things like that for us(Because we are red pill), but imagine a world were you are always wrong.

Arguing with a women was he mistake, now he had a logic argument, he was in the right , but yet he always lost and got punished.

I remember getting beat up, hit, spit on and I still got in trouble. I seen people either break down, or stick to themselves.

Exactly the same type of guy I met last week. I was going at an osteopath school (the students do the same than real doctors for 10 times cheaper), and I was taken over by two 20 year-old students, a guy and a girl.

Guy was apologizing for every damn thing. For asking me the standard medical questions. He was even apologizing for asking me to do the exercices for the check-up, which was what I was coming for! So annoying. I was probably a bit like him in my younger full blue pill days.

Side story: that made it easier to look cool to the girl though. I kept my attention to the guy, played the friendly guy joking with him a bit, but staying serious as we are here for work (even though we are almost the same age and I'm a student too).

She then asked a few questions where she was trying to sound smart "didn't you start soccer about the time your back start to hurt, we are looking for correlations you know". Trying to get my attention.

Then I had to take off clothes for the exercices, the guy was doing the job, still apologizing for EVERYTHING, she was taking notes. I've started lifting a few months ago and I'm not perfectly fit yet but I don't look bad. As I was going a bit too strong with the exercices on the sort of bed she said "Oh... even the bed is moving..." (pussy getting wet...)

So yeah these guys are often young and a bit annoying, typical clueless nice guys, who received a christianish education. About your intern he sounds definitely honest, maybe just a bit stressed by his new internship and don't wan't to disturb, he'll probably calm down a bit as time goes.
