Is there a "safe" person?

I have been in the same situation as you. What I decided to do was just spill my heart out to a random guy while I was on vacation. I thought it would make me feel better, but after the fact I felt no change. The guy could not truly feel what I was talking about, so I felt no better. Quite frankly, the vast majority of people are simply unable to share the emotions experienced on the journey towards becoming a better man, either because they are women, or because they are typical pathetic and complacent men.

The bottom line is: If you really want to talk to someone, the safest choice would be a near- or total stranger. However, in my experience, it won't make you feel any significant relief.

With family, with friends (one on one), with a therapist.

You can also try to bring out your emotions yourself, experience them, vent, process rationally, and move on from.

Edit, I'll expand on the bringing out yourself part, on the off-chance it is useful to you.

Firstly you have to be completely honest and open with yourself. If you have a smart-phone, record yourself saying anything that could be troubling you. Be completely honest. Depending on how bad it is, you may even struggle to say it out loud. If you are dealing with emotional trauma, then you will have some anger and rage.

Even mild-mannered "nice" people have this inside them, often worse because they never vent or express themselves fully, so those emotions get pushed down to their unconscious where they can wreck havoc on your wellbeing.

After you have, go over it... watch yourself saying, and expressing those things back, whether it is shame, guilt, anger, sadness, rage, helplessness. Whatever it might be try to express and experience it as fully as you can, record yourself doing it, and watch it back - process it, like you are watching someone else doing so and assess it rationally.

It can sometimes be hard to bring shit like this out, especially rage, as people are often unaware they even have that going on beneath the surface.

Doing this can help enormously (it did for me) but after a while you can become too introspective, if you notice this happening then its time to move on.

Talking openly with people helps enormously too. And that is your original question, how to find someone "safe" to be completely open with. If in doubt, take a risk on someone you know, they may not be "safe" but keeping it inside to yourself is absolutely not a safe thing to do for your wellbeing.

I got a good female friend who lives some hours away from me, and usually we use each other as a type of emotional bag, and we tell each other things which makes us sad, happy, etc.

Probably not pretty red pill, but i don't care, we know so much about each other because nobody could use anything against each other.

Furthermore I have two very good male friends I can usually talk about such things. And honestly, I would be much worse in life if I couldn't talk about my problems.

Edit: I know we got some people here who got a opinion of people like "you can trust nobody blah blah blah". And probably they are right. But it would be a damn sad life if you really trust nobody. I'm seriously happy when my best friend got luck in love/sex life and other things, and I guess he is too. Strong male connections are needed this day more then anything else.

In Britain, ask your doctor for a referral to the primary health care counsellor.

Among a closed group of friends who understand what gets said in the group stays in the group.

My advice to you is to forget about this idea to share problems with other people.

Look at it from a scientific stand point, something that you don't like is happened (or may happen in the future), this is your "problem".

On an intrinsic fundamental level your problems are just junk, mental constructs worth no substance, time and energies wasting illusions.

Why would you ever want to give this shit to other people?

Just stay anchored in the present moment, out of the garbage of your mind, there are no problems, it just is what it is, recognize and accept it, and you'll have no problems anymore.

i go the holistic health route of you're supposed to express your emotions in order to be a healthy and fully fledged and self actualized human being.

sure the people underfoot that worship you are supposed to see an omnipotent god who displays amused mastery and makes everything look easy, but your inner circle should be people who know the human being that is you should be people who understand that you feel things and appreciate and accept that.

the problem with mainstream trp is it makes people more like lizards than humans. they shut down their emotions due to feeling ashamed of having them in the first place, and so they become little more than butthurt sociopaths trying to get their share of the damaged pussy.
