For me holding frame has become lacking the fear of missing out. I've gotten to the point where I've completely unplugged and become so self interested that if I'm speaking to a woman and her shit tests come up I can simply and easily destroy them. I just simply don't care. That's not to say I don't escalate when the opportunities arise, it's that if they don't I remain unphased and move on. I never get bent out of shape or nervous, approach anxiety is near non existent because if I get rejected it doesn't matter to me. Game has become just that, a game. I don't over think anymore which was a massive hurdle to get over and it's really easy. Frame, for me, is just not caring about anything except what I'm interested in. Does anyone else feel this way?

Edit: At the recommendation from a comment, I'd like to elaborate on "lacking fear of missing out". What I mean by that is accepting that regardless of how beautiful a woman is and how attracted to her I am, I don't obsess over her at all. I'll talk and flirt with her but if nothing comes of it I don't waste time wondering " what if ". This is key to the abundance idea. A good example of what not to do is Jim from the Office. He obsesses over Pam even though she already has a boyfriend. Day after day he wasted time flirting with her until she finally got off the cock carousel and went for him. All that time could've been better used pursuing other women and enjoying life rather than obsessing over one person.
