Altogether a better than average week.

Positives

Degraded exclusive plate (made some mistakes and it got too serious) to a usual plate
Started my driving theory lessons
Did not play videogames
Did not procrastinate on Youtube until 9 p.m. in the evening
Decided to shave my head bald on August 3th to further reinforce my IDGAF attitude.
Got a date with an HB8.5. Approached her in driving theory lessons, had a great conversation and said that we should meet for a coffee sometimes and that she should give me her number. Shit worked. She's gonna be surprised by my new hairstyle when I meet her.
Wasn't nice and understanding when potential plate HB7.5 cancelled our date. Risked appearing needy and stated dominantly that that's a no-go and that she'll either propose a new date or she can fuck off. It worked, now she seems more submissive when texting (although we don't text much). Hopefully she's not guilt-tripped (although I gave her the opportunity to fuck off).
Tendinitis has gotten better. Didn't strain my hands that much.
I ate quite well
Worked on curing my inner tension that affects my performance in bed.
Didn't watch porn.

Negatives

Tendinitis is still preventing me from lifting. Luckily, I eat well so I almost don't lose my gains.
Met a girl that I had a crush on 2 years ago (bluepilled). Back then she rejected me. Now, while I had the feeling that I did everything right conversationally and also did implement kinoing and light escalating (we met at a party), I somehow ran against an inner blockade and I didn't ask her out. Probably fucked it up but I'm gonna do some soulsearching to remove the inhibitions.
Procrastinated on The Red Pill. Truth can be distracting you too.
Slept to little. Gotta be more disciplined.
Had some mental struggles with myself concerning who I am, who I aspire to be, and why I aspire to do it. Got to a practical solution though so I doesn't occupy my mind.

The good:

I solidified an important male friendship. We climbed yesterday and agreed to climb every Wednesday that the weather permits. He's pretty naturally Red Pilled, so we're going to have some fun. We actually blew out of a set last night....I was stupidly banging on about Carl Sagan....we live right next to a university, and there are hot college girls everywhere in the bar we met at and frequent. We should just bang on about climbing.......we're an odd pair, a late 20's mechanic and mid 40's analyst, but we're both fit and outgoing, talking about past and future adventures.....I'm guessing we can slay.

The bad:

Goddamn I need to be more focused at work. Remote works sucks sometimes.

Visited a new country. Which forced me to talk with a lot of strangers, especially because a lot of people asked to take pictures with me just because I am white, that was interesting. Got me in a very social mood.

Learned

I need to improve decisiveness. Social momentum helps me a lot at deciding to do something, then doing it 100% instead of half assing it.
Putting myself in a social mood and expecting conversations instead of being reactive helps my confidence and social sharpness.

Got myself a new training schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with dropsets and being consistent AF. Beginning to see that relationships are overrated and even if they are somewhat good for my own pleasure it still does not calls my attention a lot lately.

Had an interview for a job in the medical field where I will be working with patients, this will get me the experience I need to get better jobs or into med school of that's what I decide to do. Also it just looks great on the resume. Interview went well and have a second interview Monday. However the training will conflict with my school schedule so I won't be able to begin until spring. Also will likely be getting an interview shortly for two tip receiving positions for work while in school later next week. All in all it's been a good week for my job prospects.

Haven't started spinning any new plates but have been enjoying the few I have spinning.

Started an anti fungal medication for a toenail fungus I have and it's tough on the liver so I've been stressed about that. Cut my lifting in half and doubled my yoga. Quit taking daily multivitamins and have only been drinking water with a single glass of wine with dinner. Should probably just go dry until I'm done with the meds but haven't had any negative side effects yet.

My abs are becoming distinguished however mostly the top four under my pecs with the bottom just a v plate.

Overall quite happy with how I look and will enjoy watching as I gain more muscle mass and distinction.

Victories

Outshining my colleagues at work, despite being the newest and youngest in the company
Have been to the gym 5/6 days this week so far
Brought in a healthy amount of money this month to carry through next year in college
Keeping busy during the summer break, (working from 9-5, gym 6-8) 6 days a week
Booked up my free sundays for the next month with dates and chillin' with some mates
Continuing to slowly grind through the Python course on Codeacademy
BF% still falling

What to work on

Start investing my money somewhere, planning on starting with cautious small investments - Can't afford to invest much more at the mo'.
Having a hard time doing anything worthwhile after getting back from the gym
Broke my no-fap streak again, really struggling to keep it for more than 4 days

Got just over another month of work to grind through, then going abroad for a while. Planning on signing up for a tough mudder if my time abroad doesn't clash with it.

The bad:

Oneitis took me over. Saw my ex yesterday for the first time in months felt like I went all beta. Felt like shit the rest of the evening.

The good:

Crushed all my work projects/assignments last week.
Got an interview lined up for a career move to increase my earning potential.
Made plans with my friends from home to do some awesome shit.
Feel ready for my first triathlon next weekend.

Didn't happen this week but this month, I finally got my driver's license at 31 years old after being discouraged by my mom back in high school.
Dumped an ex-GF back in February after she started treating me like shit, I never read the last of her messages but I achieved them, today, without reading a thing, decided to delete her entire chat history. No reason to keep that on my phone.
Made the mistake of placing myself under the authority of a female by hiring her as a personal trainer, I fired her and started with a new gym with predominantly male trainer gym. So far it's all alpha-male looking trainers that've been working with me. No bitches complaining about putting the toilet seat down after I piss on it in this bunch.

Got all the work that needs to be done on my summer property all set up and planned.

Action Items

Maintain not fapping (unless getting laid) until my brain gets rewired back to normal (three wet dreams?).
I really really need to up my diet and gym discipline and stick to it as much as possible for increased health and confidence. I'm 27 and its been around 14 years since I was what I consider a healthy BF%. IF & Keto with 5/3/1 + Elliptical. Dexa scan monthly.
I need to find something to do outside the apartment after work on most nights of the week. Meetups, sailing, networking events, hiking, bike rides. Worst case scenario is going to a bar down the street and talking with the bartender. Must be at least an hour. Be back home by 10 on nights before gym.
I need to stop using online dating and escalate socially in person whether that involves day game I'm not sure.

The good

Managed to hook up with two girls this week, one from work (dont shit where you eat) and one friend of a female flat mate. I used to get almost no attention so I should be happy.

The bad

Related to the 'good' point I find myself thinking about the last girl I hooked up, 'daydreaming' of what could have I done more, what to do/behave/say when I see her again to hook up again... It has been creating me some serious anxiety.

I know, she's not yours its just your turn, but still the lack of abundance mentality(as said I don't get many girls) creates this mindset in me I can't control, I find myself thinking about her without even realizing, to the point where maybe I'd rather nothing had happened with her. Anxiety has been killing me these last days.

Finally lost my virginity, albeit to a fat slut lol. But hey, my goal was to lose my virginity before my 19th birthday and to someone who was below 18 (she was 17). So success! Through building scarcity, an old friend of mine have contacted me and told me that she wants to 'see me' when she comes back this Fall. Right now she is alone in her parents' town. Good Stayed under my calories and still hit macros most of the days of this week. Can always get better (didn't get enough protein on Wednesday), but didn't have any days where I totally busted my diet, which is good for me. Goal was to drink 100 oz of water daily and I achieved that or got very close every day. Stayed on workout schedule. Absolutely crushed it at work, good feedback from clients and my boss. Continuing to make a great impression on them. Limited daily coffee intake to 20 oz - trying to cut back slowly. Going to try for that another week and then move to 16 daily. Limited spending and coming in under budget for the month, which is huge. In the process of building up a solid emergency fund, while at the same time making well over the minimum payments on my debts. Didn't drink during the weekdays or even Friday night. Going to a party tonight where I'll probably drink excessively, but I've found that limiting drinking to once a week keeps my diet better and makes me overall more productive. I've never been much of a weeknight drinker anyway, but until about the beginning of this year, was always a both weekend night drinker. It's nice to wake up hungover on only one day of the week.

Bad Screwed up intermittent fasting a couple of days - need to keep on that better. Vaping a lot. Took it up to try and stop smoking cigarettes when I drink, which has been effective, but now I just vape all the time. Need to find a way to cut it back. *Instead of starting a new book like I wanted, I played way too many video games. While I don't see video games as the evil that lots of guys here do, I do think that too much of it is bad. I need to find better balance with that and reading.

Improving slowly but surely.

The good:

Started working on my real estate license.
Started studying for CLEP tests.
Been going to the gym consistently again, thought I got signs from some Asian girl in between sets but didn't pursue it.
Cleaned up my eating.
Getting more sleep.
I have two females that have been Facebook calling me every day to talk, and have been constantly asking me to hang out, with one outright asking to fuck. I know opinions shouldn't matter, but it definitely raised my mood. Sidenote: I haven't met with either of them yet, I've been way too busy. Surprisingly, or maybe not, rejecting the offer for a hookup and rejecting dates has led to them calling and messaging me even more, and offering even more dates and invitations.
Comments from guys and a few girls who haven't seen me in a while. All saying I've gotten way bigger, more muscular, etc. Honestly I'm not even close to my goals, but feels good.

Bads:

Watched porn a few times.
Could probably work harder to maximize my free time to pursue the things I want.

Goals:

I plan on taking a two month vacation after I CLEP through my associates degree. Going to save paychecks and donate plasma to pay off bills and save money for this.

I want to reach a decent proficiency in my chosen second language. The country I'm going to corresponds with the language so that should help.

I want to learn how to dance, and get back into singing.

Met a cool guy that's also a professional photographer and asked him about a photo session. 160 dollars for a full session, so that's on the list.

Debating going to a nude beach just to get a nice even tan all around. Not in the shape I want to be, but I know for a fact I'm not going to repulse anyone and frankly don't give a shit.

Final goal but probably the biggest one, I want to completely annihilate all the body fat I'm carrying. It's not much, just a few pounds, but I still hate it and feel that it is hindering my physique. Vacation is in six or seven months, so I'm setting that as my deadline for all of my goals, and from there I can maintain and improve them.

i tried intermittent fasting along with 0 carbs diet but high protein intake. except 1 day i managed to do this on all days. i have lose 4 pounds and i feel great. Also, decaf black coffee, bruhsing teeth and drinking water helped me fight hunger.

Non-productive time correctly limited to after 9pm on weekdays, with some exceptions where I felt like being productive anyways

Got out and socialized in a healthy manner multiple times this week

Took my first Salsa class

Went kayaking

Finished As You Are & started The Rational Male, including flashcards for review

Went out deliberately to approach at a bar twice this week and did so.. results were meh but I was still putting myself out there and had a good time

Negatives:

Jerked it to porn Saturday and proceeded to be lazy most of that day. Still went to jiu jitsu class.

Drank 1 too many beers when I went out to the bar and felt it.. normal limit is 3 per night and 6 total in any given week, had 4

Think I've been on-mark with my nutrition goals but have failed to track it daily so I'm not sure
