Lifting:

Hit PR on bench 385lbs (yearly goal of 405)

Went 4 out of my goal of 5 days.

Financial:

Sucked. Was trying to save 20k (yearly goal) and car and dental apt. Messed that up along with eating out too much.

Needs work. Going to work overtime to make up for it.

Career:

Asked boss to put me in a management position. Results are pending. I been there 8 months though and have already received 3 raises so I’m doing a decent job if you ask me

LTR

Practicing shutting the fuck up and not allowing her to bring me into her with her petty arguments. I’m getting much better.

I've started tracking some metrics from my life on a daily basis that I find important to my progress. I highly encourage tracking your life if you are wanting to improve in certain areas. It gives you a concrete reference as opposed to how you feel/think things are going. Here is the weekly snapshot:

Typical Wake Time: 7-7:30 or 9
Average Hours Sleep: 7.28 hrs
Days Calories Tracked: 2/7

Dollars Spent (total nonbusiness): 77
Days Smoked: 1/7
Days NoFap: 3/7
Days Worked Out: 6/7

Weak areas are NoFap, and meal prepping/calorie tracking. I find cooking and eating to be exhausting, need to find a solution to this so I don't stay a skinny fuck.

On another note, began work on founding a second company. In the mean time, I'm optimizing my first business so the income from that can support me perpetually. Made some good moves in the business area.

I started the redpill last week, Ive been reading the handbook (im currently at pg 110).

Gym: My biceps are huge, at least bigger than they have ever been. I dont think its because of the red pill though, I was already really motivated in lifting.

Career: Im taking my studies most seriously. Im not the laziest or dumbest student you could meet, but I never tried really hard. Ive been reading more also. Ive always been a casual reader, 6 or 8 books a year, but Im trying to read way more this year, I dont care if we are already half of the year done, Im going for 25 books this year.

Social: As I stated in the post I made at asktrp social skills are my greatest imperfection. Im beta, borderline omega, but I feel like Ive improved a lot. I pushed myself to approach women (besides my female friends) the same week I started reading the red pill. After being out of the game for more than a year (at certain point I gave up) and even though I was still nervous but it wasnt socially awkward as before. Ive been flirting with 3 girls these 2 weeks, and it seems one of them is falling for it. She approached by surprise and told me "hey, big boy" while touching my back, someone who knows more about women please tell me if it means something. Whats important about it is that usually if a girl complimented me on my looks (I naturally have a big muscular body) I would start acting weird because of my anxiety, but I took those words so naturally, like it meant nothing. The trick Ive using to combat my anxiety is that whenever Im nervous I try to remember my favorite quote of the handbook so far: "you have to inspire respect". I encourage others fighting anxiety to do the same, find a quote you like of the handbook and use it as motivation. I still have a lot to learn but im seeing changes in the little things.

Positives:

I'm cutting a bit late this year because I wasn't where I'd like muscle-wise after my bulk but I've cut down from 195 to 180 in the last 6-8 weeks. I'm trying to get to 170 so I can have the 8 pack. It's not very big but I play soccer and I'm planning to box at super middleweight (168 lbs) so I'm fine with that. I'm only 5'10 as well. I plan on starting my bulk a bit earlier this coming year. Ideally I'd like to be a lean and ripped 175-180 next summer.
I'm doing a quasi monk mode and it's been going well. Just focusing on working out, meditating, reading, etc. In these last few months I've just become so tired of gaming girls at bars. The area I live in is just filled with vapid whores who can barely even hold a conversation and I've basically quit drinking for the most part so I'm gonna try to focus on day game and cold approaches.
I play in a soccer league and I probably scored the best goal I'll ever score in my life: a laser volley from 5 yards outside the box. Not really related to RP but I'm proud of myself lol.

Negatives:

I looked at my ex-LTRs instagram yesterday. I deleted all my photos of her but she still has a photo of us on her profile from when we were going out. I was the one who broke things off but as I've gotten so tired of fucking randoms I've started thinking about her more lately. I've mentioned it in past posts but looking back on the relationship really gets me down. I'm pretty sure she had bipolar disorder (I know... I know... don't ever fuck with bipolar girls but this was before I discovered TRP) but I don't know for sure. But basically we'd have these cycles of a month or two where we were the best couple in the world followed by a month or two of her just being moody, depressed, and picking fights for no reason.
And that's why the relationship just gets me down when I think about it. During her "up" periods she was a great partner. Submissive, would split every check and offer to pay fully other times, was always wanting to do fun things (she would buy us concert tickets out of the blue or just show up at my house spontaneously and just say "hey let's go to the beach), she was an absolute freak with me in bed, low n-count (she only had been with one man before me, a 3 year relationship).
So while I'm not thinking about getting back together with her or hitting her up I just can't stop thinking of her for the past few days. And it's weird because we broke up almost 8 months ago and I haven't thought about her in a long time. Is this considered oneitis even though I don't have a desire to be with her? I think I just have a desire to be in an LTR but I've honestly met so few quality women near me I'm starting to give up hope lol.

Idk just some thoughts I have. Let me know what you guys think.

Week 4 of calorie restriction and weight lifting again. Down 6 pounds, from 186 to 180 at 5' 9". I was originally thinking my goal weight would be 170, but seeing how my belly still looks at 180 I think my goal might get moved to 165.

Lifts are continuing to progress despite calorie restriction. This is because I had stopped working out and I'm now well below my PRs.

I'm to the point where squats and deadlifts are starting to get hard and not fun, but more weight on the bar each workout is the name of the game for now. Gotta do that as long as I can, it is a lot easier than figuring out some other program for weekly or monthly progress. I've never advanced to that level so it will be a learning curve when that time comes.

I'm also doing arm only days (bicep, tricep, and forearm) between my compound/full body days, which I haven't done before. That seems to make the bench press and press more manageable and help my shoulder or tendonitis issue less painful. Hoping I'll see some size gains on the arms at some point too

Positive:

Went out last Saturday and last night for night-game. Last Saturday I met with 3 lads from an RSD page, meaning we actually pushed eachother to approach and shit. Met with one guy last night and that was a tough night man... Only faced rejection but I believe nights like that are important.
Went down to London to meet these two guys, one of whom I met through the /seduction sub. Did some comfort zone challenges including dancing in front of a busker right outside St. Pancras station.
Supposed to have a Tinder date in an hour but she flaked. She was on about rearranging but she's already flaked so I'm ghosting her. This whole journey with women is strange man.
Kinda finished my bulk. Basically this is my first bulk and it got too dirty, and I feel uncomfortable with my body fat percentage, so I'm starting a cut from today.
On the way back from London I instigated a conversation on the train with 3 older birds, which lasted over an hour. It was fucking hilarious. Had people further down the carriage looking back and got someone from the table beside us in on the conversation.
Went on something of an insta-date when in London after filming this video, also did a cold-approach with a girl sat down and an indirect one. Got both their numbers.

Negative:

Last night was a fucking bomb. I mean, I've never faced so much rejection in a night, so I guess that's good, but it was painful. Being in a packed nightclub with music I wasn't enjoying, feeling pretty isolated. Whenever I'm in a club all I can fucking think of is women. I'm never with a group of lads who are drunk and just having fun. I went out sober so was only drinking water, so this didn't help my mental state.
Gym not at all this week so far, and only twice last week. I'm trying to get my website to a point where I'm happy to release it (it's basically just a fucking blog), and I'm also trying to help out/cope with family shit, which is helping test my Stoic development...
Bailed on volunteering. Was supposed to volunteer Wednesday but I felt exhausted after the day in London. No excuses for any of this btw.

Neutral/Vent:

When I went out last Saturday there was this 2-set and my mate approached because I was too much of a pussy to make the first move. I go over and get talking to one of them. 30 seconds later I go in for the kiss and we're getting off. Instead of thinking 'oh wow this pick-up shit is great, look how much confidence I'm getting', all I thought was 'this bird's a pretty shit kisser.' Then last night when I was in one of the sets, even though the girls were pretty fit, I was just bored. It's like I was thinking "Is exerting all this energy socially and going around getting blown out of all these sets really worth it..? I don't even massively enjoy myself even if I am dancing with a fit bird. Instead, I'm just like 'yeah, this is cool'. Is this shit really worth it..?"
Carrying on from above: I'm going to have to keep persisting and shit, but it just seems harder than it 'should.' It'll probably be easier when I'm back at Uni and am in a couple of societies where girls just are, rather than being in a club/bar where it's like girls carry a sense of entitlement. Perhaps when I'm in a club I'm in a lower position by default because I'm shorter than average and look very young (twice last night this was the first thing a set said). This doesn't bother me in the moment, as I just agree and amplify and get past it, but it just seems harder than it should be for the potential reward. Perhaps I'm missing the forest for the trees, but I'm beginning to think that putting so much energy into night-game might not be so worthwhile and it be better to focus more on the gym...

Worked out 8 times this week m-f mornings at my reg gym and 3 after work outings rock climbing with friends. Most proud of hard work at gym in am. Good level of intensity. I box heavy bag and to stair machine alternating each day. I do core everyday.

I read red pill daily and I started reading no more mr nice guy. Received the game in the mail on Tuesday .

I spent time each day considering my blue pill past and thinking about how I would change things up. It’s helped me drop my anger at past gf because awalt . My bad for not knowing.

I tracked daily food consumption and am focused on losing 20 pounds.

Tried to get close in on a 6/10 girl. She pushed me away. Then I saw her in the gym (she works there, hate it) where I work out. I chose to ignore her. Guess what, she talked to me. I didn't say much and try to end it asap. I realized that she had a 7/10 body but a 5/10 face. Not worth the time.

Complimented my petite chinese house mate on her dress. Guess she liked it. Guess i'm the only guy in her life that said something nice to her lol.

Now I am going to do extremely shit work in the next few weeks to have some fucking money to spend. Ughh

Positives:

Gym membership: I normally trained at my university but now that school is done I needed another option closer to me. Lone behold I have a gym that is 15 mins away and only costs me $12/month- I could not believe it when I found it. I have always been used to paying 50+ dollars because all my prior gyms had swimming pools and a bunch of other shit i never used. I got a free outline plan for my goals from my complimentary personal trainer session even though I refused to sign up cause f**k paying for a workout plan.
Instagram contacts: I abruptly deleted my instagram last year and for good reason but I do regret not having any other form to keep in contact with certain people so I started a new one and got back in touch with certain folks before too much time passes and I lose the contact for good but then I deactivated it so I dont use the app but I still have the followers/contacts saved.
Forgiveness/Letting go: I got in touch with an old acquaintance who I did not end on the best foot with. Instead of just making enemies for no reason I decided to hear his side of the story and what his thought process towards me is. Truth being hilarious of course- after I left he got chubby/homeless looking as hell and could not even look me in the eye for very long periods of time, that was the only victory I needed. I made my amends even though I could have just demolished him and we are now on neutral terms again so I dont have to deal with awkwardness if I see him in public because he is still a friend of a friend.
Clearing the air: I thought my friends were not hanging out with me because I am too boring. Turns out when I cleared the air about how I felt they legitimately believe its because I am always extremely busy looking and the fact that I never message first to hang out. Im glad I got that out of the way and got a clear answer I felt a sense of calm again and my mind was not running wild with anxiety. The way I see it now- I dont get requests to hang out because they value MY time more than I realized.
Took house responsibility: Instead of having roommates clean for me and being a lazy shit, I legitimately took charge and started doing shit I should have done a long time ago. One step closer to the independence I seek.
Packed up my xbox: Taking more responsibility by taking back more of my time. I did this about 3 months before for a month and it worked great. Gonna restart this for 30 days and see if I can push it to 90 days. I dont even like playing games or watching netflix it just feels like a mental obligation at times. I do have offline substitutes like reading, painting, or some such.

Negatives:

Was invited to an outdoor party, didn't go: Goddamn anxiety always getting the better of me.
Binged two shows: I never do this but I was having a stressful week so I had to zone out. I should have chosen a better outlet.

Positive:

Presented myself to give a talk to another conference. will know if i was selected in about a month.

I haven't skipped a day of gym and i'am gaining strength, so is awesome.

Mentally, i'm accepting the fact that the "Disney Love" doesn't exist. The frame is becoming myself (something i was scared about, probably my whole life, but now that i have another point of view, is awesome).

Started to control food macros and i'm in a steadily weight loss. 2kg less :)

Negative:

Couldn't finish everything that was work related this week, things got complicated. i will need to do some crunching next week.

Tinder match didn't talk to me last saturday to go out. I didn't send her anything either. If she is really interested, she will come to me, if not, IDGAF

Anxiety has been a problem this week again, but reading TRP is slowly getting better.

The conference i presented my proposal didn't write back, has been a week since papers call is closed. I have a feeling that i will not be selected (even if i'm the only in the country that can do presentation on the subject).

No more tinder matches, i should start going to bar's, but time is limited, so i don't think this week is gonna happen.

Positive:

1. Long story short: she were rejecting the kisses during second and third date yet we were flirting, hugging and there were a stong moments of jealousy and interest during the conversations and texting.

Got bad and good exp. with a deviant artistic "NAWALT" (location - Belarus) I was dating around for a week. The things I have discovered:

There was to quite a few personal mental issues that are the reasons she's avoiding relationships. ALso she has a bit unchaste views on kisses ( i.e. it's okay for her to have a kiss with some deviant guys and girls similar to her level of deviancy) but she's refusing to do so with a normal persons.
I've gently proposed a free type of relationships since she is too insecure with getting deeper with her feelings and obsessions. So left it as it is just for having a casual hugs and kisses since she like to get to my apartment to tease the kitties I have
Tested out some things about nawalts and got some insights on a general intersexual dynamics.

P.S. *Of course it may be the very complex way to send me to the friendzone while holding plausible deniability.

TO/DO Game:

I need to decrease the level of attention and validation I'm giving to girl so the dating will get less time consuming thing, bring more IDGAF behaviour.
Probably I'll try to give a stronger frame of what I'm looking for from her in order to avoid the time whores, who's playing just to get lovers or friends to tease their egos and spend time. But it might be a huge turnout.
Next I'll focus on work and improving myself. Too much time and possible income were wasted just to get pussy and "love they intrinsically cannot give you".
I've surprisingly got better with my rememberingmy dreams, usually I haven't got any of them yet during these week with melatonin and practices and I started to experience far more detailed dreams and I started to remember them after getting out of bed

Got cold.
Got some issues with diet and sleep. Also I had a mediocre productivity during the week. Gonna start improving this badly.
Missed 2 gym sessions due to health
Wasted some time on unsuccessful dating and texting. Yet the experience was rather good than bad, since the girl is "clever", emotional and open.

Thank you to this community and all the materials that are out there. I started climbing a month ago, up to 5.10a now. Back to my baseline bench and squat (115 / 135) respectively. Started my own LLC, and built a platform on AWS to start making things move when I need them to. And most importantly, started approaching more women, got rejected a bunch, failed shit tests, but I wouldn't have learned if I hadn't tried
