This is just a reminder for everyone out there who is just now swallowing the red pill, hasnt yet, or is unconfident in some way. Often times my friends will say to me "I wonder if she finds me attractive" or "I saw this really cute girl today I wonder if she was into me".

I have come to spread an extremely simple truth regarding first impressions between men and women. There are a few very easy ways to tell if woman is interested in you from the moment you meet them.

First, if she smiles at you there is something there. Maybe its not huge, maybe its small but this is a give away that you shouldnt ignore. Lets say you just got off work and are stopping for a coffee or drink. You walk inside and your on line or at the bar and a cute girl is within your proximity. Through the corner of your eye you are staring at her but you're too nervous to start a conversation. If she is moving, twisting, bobbing, or even slightly moving her hips towards your direction that is a subconcious sign that she wants to be closer to you.

If she turns around or looks in your direction and smiles it means that she finds you attractive. But heres the kicker, if you are next to a woman or having a conversation with one posture is extremely important to pay attention to.

If she is to your side she may be less than completely interested. However, if she actually faces you directly from the front it means she is giving you her full attention (in most cases) and thus is giving you the power to guide the moment.

Remember, these are just guidelines not set in stone rules. However, I have found them to be accurate the majority of the time. The moral of the story is pay attention to small cues such as if she looks you in the eyes, if she faces you front to front, and if she smiles at you.
