I would like to see game broken down more on TRP. I feel like I'm missing a big piece there. Use your imagination, what does that mean? Tell them stories? Etc.

When shit goes extremely south Iceberg Slim resorts to physical violence. Basically he just whips them with a wire until they bleed. He does this on whores who disobey and disrespect him. While I do not encourage or condone physical violence it is worth noting that this treatment works and he regains respect and more : total obedience and love. I will just leave this here.

The reason physical violence works on prostitutes is because they are mentally damaged, oftentimes drug addicted, desperate for any kind of money/attention/love, from the dregs of society, and completely broken and carrying around a shit ton of mental illnesses. Most women with even an iota of respectability will not put up with this shit.

Also, any man that puts his hands on a woman has admitted that that women has conquered him. Period. Hell, if a woman even perturbs your emotions, you've lost. Pimps are not a role model for anybody - they are usually the most "beta" men you can think of and all of their "alpha" actions are overcompensations for their inferiority complexes.

This is also a reason to be careful of following people like Patrice O'neal closely. O'neal is funny and had some great insights on women, but a lot of his "game" was directed to ghetto trash with low self-esteem and nothing going for them. Acting like Patrice O'neal won't get you very far with most respectable women.

Game is the most important part of your sexual strategy. Iceberg Slim says it is all "skull game" and he is absolutely right, the dude puts great emphasis on how playing with his whores' imagination was the greatest tool in his box. Sure you already know this but this bears repeating because we talk a lot about money/ social status and muscle around these parts: game trumps it all, game stays with you your entire life, it does not fade over time like the good looks of youth and does not fluctuate like money.

So you read a book about a pimp who literally pimps out women for money and your conclusion was that "game trumps money"??

The guy managed to turn white girls from the upper class into his whores just with game while being a black dude, in the 1930s... So here is your first take-away : Prioritize GAME and stop caring so much about appearance and money.

Did it ever cross your mind that a lower class pimp who spent his entire life running from the law and hustling people might ... lie? I don't doubt that he may have turned out a few upper class white girls, but most of those girls were probably broken to begin with.

Also prioritizing GAME over becoming successful and happy is stupid and a recipe for misery.

All that said, PIMP is a great book.

the sad fools like iceberg slim, they make a bit, not much, and their attractiveness is usually based only on force.
the owners of an escort service, with standardization, testing, lessons on acting, the works, they sell an experience to those who can afford it.

It really was my first intro into TRP concepts when I was younger. These men exploited women for money and sex and were loved for doing it. Something didn't add up to my adolescent mind.
