You are going to go through the five stages of grief.

Denial: The part you went through when you first learned about TRP but thought your woman was some special unicorn.

Anger: Welcome to anger, the second most useful stage. It's important to use your anger constructively, specifically by channeling it at the gym. Lift heavy and lift often.

Bargaining: The part where you think if you apply enough of the things you learn here, your problems will be magically solved and you will end up with the girl of your dreams and/or banging supermodels till you're dead. Try not to get stuck here or you'll wind up back in Denial.

Depression: The part where you realize that life isn't fair, and that the person who broke your heart will probably never suffer for her actions. The part where you realize that women will never love you inherently the way you love them. Where you realize that you've been lied to your entire life about how the world works.

Acceptance: Where you come to terms with the fact that life is the way it is, and no amount of playing the victim or moping around wishing things were different will change that. Where you get off your ass and take action, and resolve to become the best possible man you can be. The hilarious joke of life is that becoming this man will only attract women more.

So here's my contribution to your journey, this is for the time you start to hesitate and second guess your decision: The worst thing I've been battling with are the thoughts "It wasn't that bad..", "Maybe she actually cares, and if she's anything like me, she would like to hear about my feelings.. Maybe I should tell her why I blocked her and haven't been answering", "I mean we had fun at times, maybe I'm just overreacting", "Oh shit I am making the biggest mistake of my life, I should txt her before I lose her!!" But no, I don't care how it is perceived by anyone, there was a reason for those alarm bells to go off, and then I remember why I left, all those subtle things come back to mind: it isn't the acts itself, but what they stand for; it's her attitude towards you, it's the way she makes you feel, which is: eventually not ever good enough. It's that look in her eyes, like she's looking into the distance, like the one she wants is there and you are just the means to that end.. for now..

It's when she walks 2 meters in front of you, even though you should be hanging together like when you're going to a movie theater, going to eat etc. The activity or the end goal interests her more than you do, you are only there because of necessity, not because she enjoys your company and not because the activity is a way of doing that.. (you can see this when you look at other couples) to me this tells the relationship between two people: one is left behind, past news trying to keep up while the other is already moving on.. although many lifecoaches, therapists etc may disagree: in this case you should focus on the negatives.

Oh and then you might want to tell her why you don't want to see her again, but no, don't do that either. Communicating is for negotiating, and there's nothing to negotiate. By telling her why you did leave, is really that you secretly hope she realizes her mistake, sees you who you truly are and corrects her behaviour, but in reality you open up a channel and an opportunity to be manipulated once again. It's like you are putting up a wall and then tell her where it stands and where it ends; she'll now know how to get around it. Think that you are a target that has to be hacked by any means necessary, and women use social engineering to do so. Nothing is true, everything is permitted.

They don't care, they never did, they never will.

The bitch about Briffaults law is that you don't appreciate it until the woman starts acting like a an unruly monster . As you pull up the rolodex of love offerings and sacrifices you've made to her and try to demonstrate how committed you've been and then she just waves it off . The extra hours you put in , the attention you gave her, the energy you spent , the money you invested all ignored, forgotten , maybe both.

Such a bitch of a lesson to learn but dammit if it isn't the best way to be unplugged and shown the delusions you have held about love and / or women.

As much as the guys here don't like to admit otherwise, the red pill only seems because it tells you to improve yourself, have some self-respect and a backbone and have a life that you're happy with independent of other people's opinions. You mean that being confident, good-looking and interesting makes women attracted to you? Golly gee, I had no idea!

TRP 'game' is complete bullshit and TRP ideology only self-perpetuates their misogyny. Their slimy PUA techniques repel women and the only casual sex you'll get is with women who overlook your overall fuckboiness and fuck you anyway because they know you'll happily fuck off and leave them alone. The only relationships you get are with unstable women who are just as shitty as you and with vulnerable women who think abuse is normal or all they deserve.

You tend to get out what you put in in human relationships and we end up with friends and partners similar to us as a result. If you treat people like shit or let yourself be treated like shit, then that's what you'll get back. If you go looking for casual sex, you'll have it with women interested in having it. TRP seems to exist to go from being treated like shit to treating people like shit. From doormat to abuser.
