The fact that they don't see how clearly the AFBB phenomenon is a thing, is laughable. Let's take a poll: how many guys want to be the "date" guy? For reference, the date guy:

  • has to meet her parents and probably sleep in a different bed when he stays at their boring ass house all weekend
  • has to buy her shit on every silly little anniversary or random date she picks of significance
  • has "loving" sex (aka once a week missionary in the bed)
  • she dresses "comfortably" for because she feels comfortable (large jeans, baggy t-shirts, flats or sneakers, short hair because long hair is "messy and hard")
  • arguments about silly shit, bills, etc

Now, let's take a look at what the "fuck" guys get:

  • No strings attached access to other girls
  • No parental visits
  • No arguments about the fucking FB relationship status
  • She still dresses like a woman to impress him
  • Actual good sex
  • Her respect
  • Freedom

Which one do you guys wanna be? I'll refrain to answer so I don't swing the votes.

Amen. I made the mistake of getting married a few years ago, but the few good things are:

  • Easier to get laid spontaneously (Doesn't apply for Chad, of course).
  • Someone I can troll incessantly and she has to take it.
  • I don't have to worry about getting a STD (I hate condoms).
  • No first meetings (while a new lay was always exciting, pretending that I gave a shit about her inane prattle was insufferable! Now I can just ignore the woman but still own her.).
  • Someone who cooks, cleans, and does laundry. I can do all of that myself, and a better job of it at that, but if I must suffer her 24/7 presence, then it may as well be her doing those mundane things.
  • Someone who can drive me around like I'm a general.
  • I have two, non-bastard abomination children who I can also troll incessantly (especially when they become teenagers).

There are some good things about marriage/LTR's, but it still doesn't compare to being the guy that just pumps 'n dumps; not even close. If there were a beneficial way to demote the wife to queen plate status, I would.

It's validation seeking behavior, we all do it. It's not a bad thing in moderation. I do it too. Simply calling it what it is. Some people, especially girls, do it constantly and it shows insecurities. Everyone is insecure about something, some have more than others. Negging is manipulation of a girls insecurities, and it's playing on easy mode doing that. It's perfectly fine that we want a pat on the back from time to time, just realize what it is and don't let it control you like it controls girls.

I understand what you're saying, and sure, we all seek validation in various ways, but I don't look for it here, or maybe I do and just don't realize it? I'm not sure but I don't think so, esp from some randoms I have had no interaction with, unlike yourself who I've had a few good back and forths with.

I have a good collection of quality friends, and a couple of guys I'd take a bullet for, and it's those people (plus my success with work and play) that tends to provides me with lots of 'validation', although to be honest, and I'm being completely honest here, I love socializing however I was clinically diagnosed as a sociopath (ASPD/BPD) which kinda makes me laugh as I'm often the life of the party!

Go figure? (actually I understand why pretty well) but I've yet to meet anyone in my life who's been through half the shit I've been through in my 48yrs, both my parents were dead by the time I was 17, so I've had to believe in myself as nobody else did back then, although many do now.

I've definitely had abandonent and commitment issues in my past, but (unbeknownst to me until I came across TRP) I was pretty hard core 'dark triad' in my youth, very possibly due to becoming parentless, coz my Croation barrister father would've riden my arse hard to comply with his narcissistic wishes, as I had been doing most of my life until he died in my arms, and I probably would've ended up a miserable professional of some sort, rather than the happy and reasonably content small businessman that I am.

The difference is that it's far less funny to guys, because calling men "human dildos" just implies that she uses a lot of different men for sex, and is incapable of forming any type of meaningful connection (like a slut), which is obviously a huge turnoff to men.
