This makes perfect sense to women because women do not operate from a place of logic or reason. They operate from a place of emotion. What every they "feel" is the undisputed gospel truth to them at any given time.

So if a woman "feels" she was violated, then she was violated. The actual facts of what happen are irrelevant to a woman at that point. She may have been screaming yes at the time, and feeling into it. After the fact, if she "feels" She was violated then the man needs to go to jail.

This is why you always need to run game on women and keep that vag tingling. You need to keep the feels on your side, then a woman will be hesitant to say anything bad against you.

Getting vagina is not worth risking your life. I would prefer to have sex with a woman who has at least a modicum of sanity. I say this is why you should never have sex with a feminist.

Your girlfriend sounds borderline retarded

[–]Balls_so_hard 12 points13 points14 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Your GF just gave you some insight into your future pal... If I were you I'd be getting out of that relationship pronto. She's showing you how unreasonable her thought process is and it's fucking scary. I'd actually be concerned about her trying to file a rape charge against you when you break up with her based on what you're posting here.

[–]Grimmov 4 points5 points6 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So after your gf said that you in fact did not rape her, how did the conversation continue, or did you drop it? If it were me:

"So then, despite the fact that my actions met your definition of rape, they were not rape? Does that mean your definition is wrong, or does that mean that your personal perception of the event overrules any kind of logical interpretation?"

At this point steam would be coming out of her ears and she would probably accuse you of twisting her words.

"In other words, is rape objectively definable, or is it all up to the whim of the woman? Do you believe that the man should actually have to commit an actual, objectively defined crime in order to be sent to jail for 10+ years and have his life ruined? Or do you believe that whenever a women has sex with a man, she should gain ultimate power over the outcome of his entire life by being able to decide, after the fact, whether it's rape of not based on her personal whim?"

At this point she will be screaming and calling you a sexist.

"It's clear that you either have a severe deficiency in logic or you are an evil person who is willing to degrade 50% of the human race to nothing more than pond scum that should live or die at your personal whim. Get out and don't come back."

There you go, that's how you deal with it.

Leave her man, thats a pretty big red flag

[–]nawmsane 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Not only do you need to get away from her, you need to somehow blacklist her so no one else makes the mistake of putting their dick in her in the future. She's dangerous.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She just told you she's not responsible for anything she or other women say/do. Get the fuck outta dodge or you will suffer.

I couldnt get past "when I ask for sex."

Your girlfriend and women like her who think regret afterwards makes something rape just completely astound me, and I don't fucking say I'm astounded very often. This opinion is by a wide margin one of the most illogical and nonsense viewpoints on a sexual topic there is, and the fuck of it is despite how ridiculous it is to think that way it's almost even more retarded that this is not a hard opinion to come by.

RP gentleman have dozens of ways of detecting female bullshit, and here is one of my favorites: transplant the core argument she has about something as brutal and (let's not kid ourselves) rare as rape to some every-day kinda situations we find ourselves in, and does the same logic hold up?

Alright, so if she regrets it tomorrow or six months from now, it's rape. Fine. I bought a new computer for $800. Can I get my money back if I regret the purchase because six months from now I realize there are better computers out there for less money? Nope. I went to Boston Pizza and ate a giant lasagna, then I felt sick the next day. Can I get my money back? No. Hmm. So basically, this whole I-regret-what-I-did-so-make-someone-else-pay thing only really applies to sexual situations, and therefore ticks off a hell of a lot of boxes on the bullshit checklist.

I'm guessing here, but I'm starting to think this regret-rape phenomenon is related to the way whatever you do when your drunk is considered the same as what you do sober in the eyes of the law, and a hammered person is responsible for their actions, unless of course it was a woman who had sex with someone. That's the only time anywhere in the universe that someone who chose to get shitfaced isn't responsible for what they do.

Rape is not an opinion. It's not about how you feel, it's about what happened. But women don't operate on that. They operate exactly on how they feel. I haven't read the Oxford definition of the term recently but I'm pretty fucking sure the definition of rape is not "Whatever a woman who's opinion should be treated with a huge grain of salt determines it to be, regardless of what actually happened and ignoring all conscious and subconscious ulterior motives the female has".

If nothing else, I can't fucking imagine going to one of the girls I've fucked today and trying to press charges and say she took advantage of me because I wish she wasn't a notch on the bed post anymore. I literally cannot imagine the mindset needed to do something like that.

Drop that hamster.

I can't believe this thread is real..

[–]TheLawlessMan 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

All of this will come back to bite him one day when she gets bored and "regrets" all the sex they had. After this convo I would have told her to get the fuck away from me. Her feelings about this are not just her being a woman. She has a dose of stupid in her.

No it's feminism infection... A huge majority of women are brainwashed into believing this bullshit from the first time they roll the sex ed videos in middle school.

There was an interesting case last year in Germany(Google Translate).

Basically it came down to Section 117 of the Criminal Code which reads:

Basically this translates to that a rape is a situation in which:

  1. You use violence.
  2. threaten violence or
  3. you exploit a situation in which the victim has no way of protecting themselves from the sexual attack.

The first and second piece was dismissed as he never threatened her or used violence. Where people got upset about was the third section because she just "endured" it instead of calling for help or trying to leave.

The interesting note is that the lawyer for the girl actually said that if you take the Justice System seriously then this was the only outcome that should have happened.

It'll be interesting to see if the law will get changed over this, though I haven't really heard anything to that end, but we had an election, so who knows what happens this year.
