Women write Diaries, Men write Logs.

Do you log your days?

The self-reflection of writing a log of your days is a good exercise in seeing what you've accomplished, not accomplished, see where you have succeeded, failed, missed an opportunity, and so on.

For example:

Last night at a music venue I fumbled an opening chat with a decently cute chick and bored the shit out of myself and her. I totally didn't strike a convo with an obviously lonely chick that was begging for attention. I was getting eyed up like noone's business by a slightly chubby 6.5, but was totally not interested. Should've picked up the convo for practice and status. Frame was held throughout the night - I peace-d out because the cigarette smoke was disgusting. On the plus side, earlier that day a plate that I recently stopped fooling around with gave me a compliment, and started dropping kisses on me after she had me on her emotional ice list.

Looking forward to your end of the night / next morning to write a log and realize how badly you fucked up makes you want to make sure you have successes to write down the next time. It also makes sure you want to write INTERESTING stuff that happened when it matters. Writing day after day, "Worked out. Ate. Shat. Fapped. Went to Bed." is going to make you realize how you need to spice things up. Everyone needs one of those days, but having 2 weeks of the same thing makes you realize where you're lacking.

I'm sure some will like the idea more than others.
