Texting in an LTR can be used for logistics , teasing and overall fucking with your LTR. Given you are her alpha , it is possible that she is the one texting you and she could be doing it more than once a day , but that depends on how you have taught her.

If you , however , go too low on the texting , slide too much on the alpha side , you might want to hold a text convo for a few hours once in a blue moon , given that you do not answer immediately. Lets say every 5-10-15-20 minutes or whatever , still implying that you are a busy person.

You don't want your LTR to feel insecure. You want to dread her , but not go too overboard. You don't want her to feel lack of attention. You want to show her that you are unavailable and have shit to do.
