American Feminism has made marriage unworkable.

Families are less secure here than in the past.

However, your choices are:

Get Married and likely get divorced in 5 years where the wife gets everything. (bad)
Stay Single and let the mother be a single mom. (bad)
MGTOW and just avoid having kids. (bad)

...there are no attractive options.

I wish it were different, but Feminism seeks to have the state control everything, so these laws are designed to destroy families.

Pre-nups are one idea, but they get dismissed by the courts often because the legal system doesn't want men to be protected. Family Courts favor the Feminists.

For some perhaps, but remember women really do not want to be in control. Most women see their husband as a measure of their social standing and success.

There are many women who just want to be mothers and have a family.

Ya have to weed out the dingbats, gold diggers and crazies (includes narcissists, they are the ones that will clean you out and destroy children in the process).

Find a girl that's giving and has a sense of humor.

Unmarried parents raising children is much more popular in Europe (the current leader of France raised four children with his 'partner'). Their motivation is to shun religion.

Your direction is more on custody and property division. You can get a surrogate mother to provide a baby for you.

If you take the path of marriage to the mother, start asset protection now. Put as much wealth into your parents or a trust's control. Upon your parents' deaths, the estate is passed to you through inheritance and mostly untouchable in a divorce. Same with a trust, if done correctly. Broke now but won't be in 20 years? Still set-up retirement and real estate in a relative's name. Rent your house from a relative while paying their mortgage payment. It won't cost anymore to do it this way, yet you'll have tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of dollars protected from divorce, legally.

It's possible, but no one should fool themselves into thinking that not getting married will someone protect you from the fallout if things go south. The courts favor the mother, whether you are married or not. I would almost argue that having a child outside of marriage with a woman can give them more leverage over you. I know a few couples who gave it a try and so far only one relationship endures. Of the failures the children are the ones who pay the biggest price for their parents stupidity, and I find that unacceptable.

I can also tell you with certainty that if you look at marriage from the perspective of one party vying for leverage or control over the other it will never work for you.

Protect your assets through a corporation. On paper, you're "broke". There's only so much they can legally take from you, because legally and technically, you have nothing to take. Everything is "owned" by another entity (corp). It just so happens the corp pays for your food, owns the "company car" you drive, provides you a place to live, etc. Just a fun thought.

I've noticed in America that the relationship lasts longer if couples don't get married.. A woman is less likely to leave a guy if she can't take a couple hundred grand of his money on the way out

One of the paths I'm currently considering for my future is to have children through a surrogate mother and raise them myself to be RedPill. That's if I don't find a woman worthy of being married to me, and even if I do, I'm going to be taking every possible precaution that you all have recommended.

I really would love an answer to this as well. I'm still quite young but I've always wanted sons. Being a father (not just biological but an actual father) is something I definitely want but with the current state of marriage I'm not sure how it's possible.

Its not hard at all. Think about it. How many divorced men are still able to participate in raising the kids (despite their ex wives) - probably most of them. This should show you that co-habitation isnt required to raise kids.

So, find a girl, have kids, and you should be okay as long as you maintain separate residences. Never move in - as the minute you do that - the courts will automatically consider you married (the amount required when you have kids and if you move in together is vague and unclear - simply says "some permanence")

Remember.....kids doesn't mean marriage.

You say fuck it and get a girl pregnant. Marriage is a social contract not a biological law. Every social contract is a choice that you make to follow.
