I know it's a comedy show and it might have not been totally true, but the fact she shares this publicly and the blue-pill shit reaction from Conan and the audience is telling enough.

So basically she has a show, and gets an attractive actor on an episode. The script had no kissing scenes, and I assume all actors sign up post reading the script. She decides to veer off script and kiss him during a scene in bed (something frowned upon in the industry to a point of sewing).

She then goes on and blatantly discusses how she would fire anyone if they were to acknowledge it and didn't even say how he reacted.

Now the actor in question is Lee Pace and he doesn't seem to have a SO but she clearly crossed a line.

Imagine if this was a guy saying this about bringing woman on the show and abusing his power to kiss her.

Now I hear the blue-pill reaction in my head, haunting me reminding me of how hypocrite that audience is (and society to a certain extent).
