Hey guys,

I'm in a little bit of a pickle and would love to read what you guys have to say about this. I'll try to keep this as short and simple as possible.

Back in September I've entered what you guys might know as, monk mode.

I picked a very good job, training for my 3rd physique competition (weightlifting & diet), all while working on a side business. Ever since September i've been focused, allowing myself minimal time to spend with family/girlfriend/buddies.

Before all of this, I used to be a huge flirt. I used to openly engage in conversations; amusingly trying to make them interesting. But now, trying to keep a conversation going seems like a challenge.

I came to the realization that this was starting to become a problem, an hour ago during my haircut. A cute girl was cutting my hair and the conversation was so.. "dull" -lack of a better word-

I tried my hardest making the conversation as flirty/playful as possible, but I couldn't flow with anything. Everything just seemed so "unnatural."

I feel like I've been grinding so hard, that i'm becoming socially inept at the same time.

Anyone else know what I might be going through?

Would love to hear your thoughts.

TLDR: Started monk mode couple months back. Working hard. Feel like becoming a zombie. Hard time conversing now.
