Seventh paragraph, Sandberg and Grant cite a study, claiming that the study shows that married men who share house chores will have more sex. They even use laundry as an example. But, if you actually read the study (not just the abstract), it says that couples who complete chores in traditional gender roles around the house have more sex.

Commenters on the article actually point out Sandberg's blatant lying by citing a source the disagrees with her argument. Clearly, she couldn't find a study to agree with her, so she cited an abstract and hoped no one would notice.

And she's a powerful woman, so she's allowed to blatantly lie. If a powerful man made an equally aggressive and false claim about married women, he'd be crucified.

Note, a few commenters even mention another article from a year ago, citing a different study, stating what we already know. Egalitarian relationships lead to less sex: http://www.nytimes.com/2014/02/09/magazine/does-a-more-equal-marriage-mean-less-sex.html

So, yes, men. Pitch in! Do your part! But make sure it's your part -- the traditionally manly work. Pitch in here and there with the other stuff, but do not split it 50-50! If you do, your LTR or wife will have less sex...because men who regularly do laundry are not sexy.

Mow the lawn. Fix the car. Re-wire the living room. Unclog the sink. Re-shingle the roof. Re-side the house. Take out the trash. Shovel the driveway.

The other stuff? I'd say adhere to a 5-1 rule, max.
