It's typically not worth the effort if you have to be aggressive towards an orbiter. If she's not already into you enough to brush off the orbiter herself, then you're not invested enough to make it worth sticking around, IMO.

If you have the mindset of abundance you wouldn't consider trying to fend off a persistent clock block just to get at that one chick anyway, you'd just move on, unphased by it.
