There is definitely conflict brewing in the Nordic countries with its muslim immigrants. The Muslims refuse to integrate because they perceive the host society as morally corrupt due to its stance on many issues including womens sexuallity.

and if it wasn't for that reason it would be for some other crap reason, any secular country islam "infects" has islam come out on top in dominance in the end anyway. Look at Turkey, no Shariah but its demography is 90%+ muslim (dont quote me, could be 99%). Look at countries like Albania which never used to be muslim and are almost 100% muslim now. Says a lot about Islam and how muslims use it, really. It's a religion intent on proselytising.
Those in love with the religion/political ideology would say "it's not the fault of islam, it's the people misusing it." Great way to deflect your religions problems onto the individual level... I think we need a "Not all muslims are like that" NAMALT. Honestly. It's the only way they defend the crazy shit they do. OMG you racist generaliser! Not all muslims are like that! - and you think... "STFU, all muslims in western powers pull the racism card to get their own way"
Here's something else funny for you, muslims in Sweden were saying they wont integrate because the swedes are racist... sweden got upset and said it had no colonial past unlike Britain so it doesnt understand where these unfounded accusations come from.
Here's a tip for you socially clueless swedes: they don't give a shit about fact, you white and you spend all your tax money on them reproducing in your borders but because you won't immediately turn your political system into an islamic based one... you're an inferior racist. AAHHAAHAHAH. Third world muslim immigration is a bitch man. They respect nothing but power and they will BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS until you can no longer feed them. Then they'll be mad the handouts stopped and riot/revolt/coup.

To shine light on what you're saying, it's a basic human principle. If you are in a position of power and you allow insubordination and weakness, if you do not command respect from your subordinates/people/followers/whatever while in power, your power will be abused via proxy until your power is no longer yours to wield.
Islam destroys secularism (look up Uzbekistan) feminism destroys the nuclear family yadda yadda

It sounds like the native Swedes are going to fall because they have convinced themselves that the calculus of power does not apply to them while their Muslim immigrants are realistic.

Not strictly defined, but going over the posts there is certainly a set of beliefs and, certain guidelines, like for game.

According to the new mod post TRP is simply a loose framework of information about sexual strategy. You seem to be operating on the idea that it's some kind of ideology which I think most of us would disagree with.
[–]Omega_Molecule 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Look at what an ideology is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ideology
In that post sexual strategy is about your goals with the opposite sex.
The definition continues, and says it is a "way of looking at things." That sounds exactly like a lot of what trp is based on what I have seen.
Look, so far you have been a good sport, and commented respectfully, I have not gotten that treatment here much. I just want to say, while I disagree with everything trp is about, and many of the people on here seem like nothing more than assholes who hate women and subscribe to this because they are obsessed with sex and promoting their own self worth.
I am honestly here to discuss and debate, I am not here to attack individuals personally. I have not received a very kind reception. I value learning, and challenging viewpoints, and discourse, that is why I am here. If some people cannot handle that then that is their problem, I will not be abated by them, to use your terms, I will out alpha them and continue on.
[–]ShitBatCrazy 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
Well welcome to TRP then. It is well known that there is a problem here with men angry at women because of what they have learned and been subjected to throughout their lives. It is also well known that they will calm down eventually and join what is, in my opinion, the focus of TRP- to understand sexual dynamics and use it to get as much sex as possible. I'm interested in what you agree and disagree with and am open to polite discussion.
[–]Omega_Molecule1 point 12 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Well, I disagree with such an emphasis on sex, and, to me, what appears as an over sexualization of most things in life. Though I agree that sex is a large part of life, being the way life continues, I think we should strive to focus on bettering life, not just enjoying sex and making more of it.
I do not agree with those, and they seem to be many, that say all feminists are fat, ugly, and, as one user said, "don't know how to be right." Stereotyping is rarely, if ever, a proper way of getting truth. This goes for the generalization of the sexes as well. While I agree with the statement that eqaulity between the sexes is impossible, being that they are inherently different. That does not mean the sexes should not be given equal rights, respect, and treated as equal humans.
I think many here focus on what makes the sexes different, while not seeing what makes us the same. The sexes are two sides of the same coin, you cannot have one without the other, and we are not so diametrically opposed as some seem to think.
I do not think that false rape accusations are as rampant as this sub would have you think, I do not think that men are disadvantaged in general in society; History shows that men have always been given advantage.
That is what I think, now if I may ask you some questions:
To you, how does trp relate, and what does it think, of those who are not heterosexual? Can they swallow trp?
Do you think what the sexes find attractive is static and well-defined?
Do you think all woman want what trp says they want?
I appreciate your politeness.
[–]ShitBatCrazy1 point 12 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
I believe in absolute personal freedom and have no problem with LGBT people. I don't know how TRP relates, it really depends on the individual. Swallowing the red pill is the realization that woman do not want what society has taught men they want, so yes they can swallow TRP.
Yes, this is highly documented and studied. Check out the Discovery documentary "The Science of Sex Appeal". Men will always want beautiful women, women will always want the alpha. The reason is a result of evolution, our genetics are much more powerful than anything society tells us.
No, I don't think all women do, there is a very small minority of LGBT, a-sexual etc... But the vast majority of woman are attracted to dominance. Even the ones that won't admit it, especially the ones that won't admit it.
I don't only care about sex, no one here does. It is a subreddit about sexual strategy so that is what we talk about. I don't care what one guy said here that is offensive, that doesn't represent the community as a whole. Every sub has bad apples. I disagree that woman have it worse and I disagree that false rape accusations are not common. I think modern feminism is detrimental to society.
In regards to men wanting "beautiful women," but beauty is subjective, is it not? Wouldn't you agree beauty changes with the times? How is it a result of evolution? I have watched that documentary and I found it, from a researcher's standpoint, lacking. Much of it is extrapolation on shaky data.
More questions, you can always ask me as well:
Do you think women should be given equal rights to men? Why or why not.
I didn't say they only care about sex, but seem preoccupied with it. Do you think that being with more women increases your self worth?
How can you disagree that women have it worse when, throughout history they were not considered equal to woman, treated as second class citizens, and considered the property of men? These historical issues have carry over effects into today, to deny the impact of the past on the present is a bit illogical.
Why do you feel you need a strategy for sex?
No I don't think it's subjective. Big tits and ass, slim waist, long healthy hair- any indication of fertility and youth will always be attractive to men.
Yes, I think women should have rights such as voting and abortion. Marriage laws, however, are completely unfair and sexist towards men. Men should also have more reproductive rights, if women lie about birth control men should be free from parentalresponsibilty.
I'm just going to ignore that ridiculous second question.
In the past and in 3rd world countries today women absolutely have it worse. However, American society has become completely feminized. The media is sexist towards men, laws are sexist towards men, schools and the workplace are hostile towards masculinity and woman are taught it's okay to act like children.
I like sex and I want to have as much as possible, denying that there are methods to increase the amount of sex you get is utterly ridiculous. Why is it wrong that I'm going after something I want?
As far as your belief that certain aspects of our society are sexist against men, who or what do you blame for that? Feminism? Do you think feminism, in its early days was not needed? Perhaps male apathy toward certain things, like health and reproduction, among others, lead to this disparity you see?
I see nothing wrong with pursuing desires, but, if in that pursuit, you neglect other things, like being a good person, caring for everyone, these are just examples, maybe poor ones, is it not detrimental to use that technique of pursuit.

TRP is not an institution it's an internet forum. However if it was an institution then the most extreme faction would be the most dangerous.
One could argue TRP is inherently extreme as-is, but then you could say the same about all religion, capitalism etc.
An extremist is someone who takes the message and perverts it via subjective interpretation to such a level they use it commit terrible sins. Thing about TRP is it's applied to people differently based on their own needs and level of development.
[–]Omega_Molecule 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
It being a forum has nothing to do with this, it is a belief set, and all belief sets are applied differently by all people, trp isn't unique in that respect. You say extremism comes from 'subjective interpretation' and then say that trp is applied differently, which is the same as saying subjectively. You prove my point for me.
[–]TRP Vanguard: "Dark Triad Expert"IllimitableMan -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
and then say that trp is applied differently, which is the same as saying subjectively.
Wrong.
People can apply a belief EG: religion differently to their lives based upon their situation and still not be extremists, its a spectrum. You're labelling all subjectivity as extremism.
Now to attack you rather than defend bullshit thinly veiled questions:
You've been less than intellectually honest, that was a very conniving use of ambiguity veiled as a question to get me to qualify under the guise of answering the question and then a quick zone-in attempt to twist my viewpoint into a locking down position where you attempt to misrepresent my viewpoint via your own fallacy.
You've been deceitful and your tactics are shady (suggesting you have an ill agenda) I won't engage with you again.
[–]Omega_Molecule 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I didn't say that. But you said subjectivity leads to extremism, and then said that trp is different and say how people apply it differently. Meaning there is room for extremism.
Deceitful? Ill agenda? What? Because I don't believe in trp I can't take part in discussions with people here? This sub proves very isolationist when someone attempts to debate its merits, that doesn't make me have much faith in it, if you can't take debate then maybe something is wrong with your beliefs. I'm not being deceitful, I was asking a question, one I genuinely wanted to know what you thought. I then took what you said, and looked at it logically. I dont see deceit or conniving intent.

Turkey is not under Sharia at present, but as a society they seem to be heading in a more conservative direction. One sign is that their 90-year national ban on wearing headscarves in government workplaces was overturned this past October. That is a contravention of the fundamental secular principles Ataturk put in place when he founded modern Turkey.
As for the rest of your post, I agree that our soft Western hearts are being used against us. The West has myriad problems, but there are a lot of major and minor cultural attributes we take for granted that are worth defending.

Ok first and foremost, women are the same everywhere you go. They have the same instincts and genetic programming to screw you over. The only difference countries / societies make is the various social controls over the women's ability to exercise her hypergamy. Feminism didn't change women, it just made it socially acceptable for them to do what they wanted to do anyway. All the cock slurping, alpha fucking western women do now isn't new, they've always wanted to do that, just society punished them for doing so. They never really wanted to marry "Mr Provider" and give up fucking that hot dark guy, they just did so because society negatively looked upon her if she only jumped on the dark guys cock and got pregnant. Pregnant unwed mother without a man meant instant social outcast and loss of a large portion of her social value. So to protect her social value she would agree to marry "Mr. Nice Guy" and give him unimaginative duty sex "wifely duty".
So when judging "feminist" you need to only look at which places have anti-male laws, not how the females act. North America and West Europe are fucked, stay away the women are only good as sex toys. East Europe, most of Asia and South America (don't know anything about Africa) are still pro-male and you'll be on even ground when dealing with women. You still need to be a man with alpha traits, strong aggressive and dominate. You still need to project success and confidence. Yet you will be in an atmosphere that's conducive to women expecting to be women and men expecting to be men.
In that recommend most of East Asia. The guys over here can act like pussy's sometimes but that's because of how the old confucian social system pressed for a ton of nice beta peasant males to serve the country via the alpha nobility. Peasant women were socially encouraged to settle with those "beta" males as that's what "good women" did. Same concept the old Western fiefdom system used.
[–]morgansim 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
In essence:
If you want a list of counties in the West with less feminism, forget it. Western countries are in a point of no return, sadly. And even the most non-feminist will be as the most in less than 10 years approx.
[–]icallmyselfmonster -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I would imagine though that if you went to somewhere like the Nordic countries and maintained frame you wouldn't have much of an issue with Feminism. What ever women and the subset feminists say they still want sex that drive doesn't disappear because they label themselves.
[–][deleted] 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
This, I think, responds to my question quite well. I can see the truth in it.
[–]lordofthejelly 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
If you look at Europe and the U.S. in the 19th century, industrialization and economic growth were the things that enabled feminism to rise. Feminism is a movement of middle-class and higher women, and didn't have a broad enough social base to take hold until after the industrial revolution.
And so the basic problem is this: most "non-feminist" places are going to be an economic backwater and a complete shithole. As others have mentioned on this thread, a lot of the places with "feminine" women are quickly becoming more feminist. They are also the places with rapidly advancing economies (Latin America, China, etc.)
With economic growth comes feminism...simple as that, really. If anyone has an exception to this rule I think we'd all like to hear about it.
[–]RejectionEquality1 points 12 years ago* [recovered] (7 children) | Copy Link
With economic growth comes feminism...simple as that, really.
I'm starting to think that this is what TRP is really about in a nutshell, and what sets it apart from MRA, the latter of which will bitch and moan to no end about how unfair, unjust, and unrealistic feminism is, whereas Red Pills have learned to adapt and benefit from this reality, however unfortunate or uncomfortable.
The message I'm getting is this: feminism is actually a good thing unless you want a long-term relationship in order to raise children.
Therefore, I should learn to adapt to entitled and privileged attitudes. I should learn to appreciate empowered, independent career women. Because it seems that these attitudes coupled with slut culture could yield an endless supply of high-quality short-term NSA pussy if I do all that I can to make myself high-value (especially physically) and lose any and all feelings of jealousy and possessiveness.
I'm not being sarcastic. I truthfully have no desire for children or long-term relationships. It's just that until now, I have had a tendency to react to the aforementioned attitudes in a very fatherly manner. I'm not going to be a father, so why bother anymore?
I think that's exactly why I haven't gotten laid as much as I would have liked.
No more guidance. No more teaching. No more arguing. Entitlement's gonna entitle.
[–]lordofthejelly 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
feminism is actually a good thing unless you want a long-term relationship in order to raise children.
Feminism is a reality that makes pursuing a long-term relationship extremely risk, children or no.
The nation of Bhutan measures "Gross National Happiness" every year, and I find it to be a useful concept in evaluating things like feminism...basically, anything qualifies as "good" when it increases GNH, and bad when it doesn't.
Women certainly won't be happier due to feminism, and their GNH has been going down for decades here in the U.S. Source The feminist movement has done a number on the female population...if they're not cat ladies, feminist women get to be alpha widows who marry repulsive omegas after age 30.
The average male won't. He gets to be a lonely incel, a lonely MGTOW, be trapped in a loveless marriage to a bitchy wife, or get hosed by a bitchy ex-wife.
The only people group whose happiness goes up are men at the top who are smart enough to not marry, and I think even that is debatable. In general, the happiest alpha men I've ever met were those who were lucky enough to be in a de facto redpill marriage...given the religious background I grew up in, I've seen considerably more of these than your average TRPer.
Feminism, particularly 3rd-wave, is like a national parasite that we can't get rid of. We can take steps to mitigate the bad effects in our personal lives and maybe even use it to our advantage, but we as a population will never be better off due to its existence.
That is indeed the correct approach to today's parasitic women.
I'm not going to be a father, so why bother anymore?
There was a time when fathers were happier than non-fathers. That ship has now sailed. Now go forth and pump-and-dump

One question remains. Should I claim to be a feminist in the interest of getting laid? Ugh... the thought is just cringeworthy.
Maybe it's just best to avoid the issue entirely and keep trying to ignore it.

Should I claim to be a feminist in the interest of getting laid?
My standard modus operandi has been to act as though I don't know or give a shit about anything related to gender relations, feminism, or what have you. YMMV.
In general, I would say that if you have to claim to be anything you're not to get laid, you're doing it wrong. There are millions of thirsty betas out there also claiming to be feminist in a vain hope of getting laid...it's like the incel orbiter who thinks that he'll eventually get laid if he just smiles, nods, and agrees enough.
Ugh... the thought is just cringeworthy.
There is a very good reason for that.
Generally, yes. If you're letting her go on and on about feminism and you haven't bedded her yet, you've probably already reached beta orbiter status.
Yup. That's where I started, at least.

You have your causality backwards. Feminism does not cause economic and technology improvement. Rather, economic improvement frees people up to expend energy in holier-than-thou signalling games, which include feminism.
Feminism is toxic to societal improvement. Men are the builders of civilization. Without life-long marriage and with no guarantee of paternity, men have no incentive to keep on driving civilization forward. That's one of the reasons our society has stagnated and the West is in decline.
[–]RejectionEquality2 points 12 years ago* [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link
You have your causality backwards. Feminism does not cause economic and technology improvement.
I wasn't trying to say that.
Rather, economic improvement frees people up to expend energy in holier-than-thou signalling games, which include feminism.
Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking before you responded. I wouldn't exactly call it a luxury but it kind of is in a sense. For women, anyhow.
Without life-long marriage and with no guarantee of paternity, men have no incentive to keep on driving civilization forward.
While I agree with much of what is said in that blog post, what you say is a blanket statement. And to me, it's just bullshit. I have absolutely no desire to procreate, and I love my craft. And money is all that is necessary to give me the incentive to keep pushing forward.
It's expanded upon in the blog post:
Without posterity, soldiers will not fight, businessmen will not invest, and leaders will steal instead of lead.
That is just preposterous. I'm sure there are plenty of soldiers who love their country (or job) enough to fight for it. For some, even the mere fact of having a job is enough, sad as that may be.
Also, I myself am an investor as well as entrepreneur, and I can tell you this much, a significant part of the freedom to do that is a direct result of not having children.
And I just don't see where "I don't have kids so ... better steal!" even makes any sense whatsoever. People steal all the time, kids or no. In fact, I think in many cases it's born out of desperation to feed a starving family, quite the opposite of what is claimed.
Feminism is toxic to societal improvement. Men are the builders of civilization.
I agree with both those statements, nonetheless.
That's one of the reasons our society has stagnated and the West is in decline.
I don't deny this, but I don't think that the reason is because men can't find a good woman to marry and have children with.
Rather, I think it's because women end up finding themselves in positions of power and can't hack it. Plus their emotion-driven nature doesn't always work in their favor (or anyone else's).
[–]erwgv3g34 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
While I don't deny people like you exist, they are in the extreme minority. Most jobs suck, and most people hate their jobs. Without the incentive of providing for a faithful wife and children they are sure are theirs, most men will do the minimum necessary to get by, which includes taking low-stress part-time jobs requiring only a high school diploma over soul-crushing, high-paying office jobs which require a college degree.
That is just preposterous. I'm sure there are plenty of soldiers who love their country (or job) enough to fight for it.
Sure, and then those brave altruistic soldiers go out to die while their wife is fucking Jody, and the bravery genes are selected out of the general population. Compare the militaries of WWI and WWII with militaries today.
There's that, too. And many other causes as well.

I remembered a social experiment I did a few years ago, I've been itching to tell it here.
I wrote up two personal ads to post to craigslist personals section.
One of them was strictly financial: I talked about how I owned a home, a couple of cars, made almost 100k, solid job, great bennies, etc. NOTHING personal.
The other was strictly personal. I like this, I like that, I'm looking for _____ in a woman, blah, blah, blah. NOTHING financial.
I posted both ads in Los Angeles. The personal ad got no hits. I got 3 hits on the financial one. I did not respond to any of those.
I posted both ads in Dallas. The financial ad got no hits. I got like 6 hits on the personal one. To those girls I revealed that they were unwitting participants in a social experiment meant to reveal the classlessness of girls in LA. 1 of them wrote me back and said I should look her up anyway if I found myself in Dallas.
Conclusion: some places are worse than others. Perhaps the bible belt (and other, more conservative places) may yield higher numbers of quality women. On the other hand, maybe the sex won't be as good? I don't know, I haven't had me a country girl.

Depends. Argentina and Brazil are very feminist.
I live in Asuncion, Paraguay, which is an odd mix. They claim this place is a machismo culture, which it is to a degree... But women really run the roost at home and have easier lives. The government will have sob story campaigns about female housekeepers and their rights... But turns a blind eye to construction workers out on the streets in blazing hot weather in flip flops and no safety gear. Also, they still have a mandatory military service (that can be opted out of now, but many don't).
However, Brazil is where the angry feminists at a protest nearly killed that guy who jokingly flashed his junk at them, and Argentina is where the feminist pro-choice protesters recently ransacked that church and abused the men praying out front.
In short, Latin American culture is better than North American for men... But that's changing.
Interesting to know. I figured because a lot of those nations have more traditional gender roles, that they would be less feminist. I take your word for it from first hand experience.
[–]1FloranHunter 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Brazil [is] very feminist
Really? My Brazilian-American friend complained about Brazil because she didn't like being treated like a woman. Of course now she lives there and is dating a local man (having broken up with her American boyfriend), but still. It sounded only mildly feminist if at all. Is feminism recently rising there or perhaps it's heavily polarized, with feminists being uncommon but radical? Or maybe she was just bitching about a difference in culture.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Latina chicas do a lot of hamstering and victim milking. From what I have seen, women are treated quite well in these parts. But in Brazil and Argentina you are seeing a feminist uprising in the form of protests, plays, and other forms of cultural messaging.
It is still feminism light, because they merely take small jabs at men, rather than othering them into oblivion. here there is still a lot of value on manhood... but the feminist movement here IS growing. Give it a few more years and more widespread internet access and we will have a problem on our hands.
