So I've read a lot the stuff on here, and found it pretty interesting. I know you guys get these "blue-pill" examples all the time, but like a lot of people, I find them interesting to read. So I decided to post one of my own!

Little background on a friend of mine is that he's a relationship-only type of guy. Only likes having sex with girls he has feelings for, and if he went single tomorrow I'm willing to bet he's the type of guy who will try to find another girlfriend. Hence probably why he's currently dating his ex-girlfriend,

So based on the above info, you can probably take an educated guess that his relationship is dysfunctional.

Girlfriend (let's call her R) has a bit of a princess syndrome. To give some background on her, not only does she lash out irrationally when she's upset; a few months ago she got mad at him, broke something in their apartment, then got pissed because she couldn't afford to replace it. Guess what my friend does? Pays for half of it naturally.

Now for our story: To expand on what I wrote above, R is constantly complaining she doesn't have enough money even though my friend pays for a majority of the 'shared' relationship expenses. I go over to his house ~2 weeks ago, and guess what? R is talking about how she's going on a vacation (cruise) with her girlfriends for 4 days. That same night, R is also on her computer shopping, and asks me if she should buy these "cute pants that are only like $100". Then goes on to say "But I wanted to spend like $200 on new shoes though...". Wtf?

Oh, and by the way, R didn't tell my friend she was going on the cruise. He found out on his own like a week beforehand. When he asked her why she didn't tell him, she shrugged it off and said it was a last minute decision and she wasn't sure she was gonna go.

There's more. Right before R goes on vacation, they have to pay rent. R gives my friend the rent, to which my friend responds "Okay, rent isn't due for a couple days so I'm gonna set this down for now". You can already guess what R does here. Right as she's leaving for the vacation she grabs the money "by accident". My friend then calls her to get the money, to which R get's irritated claiming that he already has the money. When my friend didn't back down, she finally admits "Oh Okay well I took it by mistake. I'm leaving for my vacation though so you can just pick it up from my friends place"

Hear that gents? She took the rent money "by mistake" 2 hours before she left for vacation, then made my friend drive to get it when she admitted to having it. But it gets better. She's still mad at him for whateverthefuck reason, so later on R says she already made plans to go out of town again to a concert this weekend, all weekend. And for conclusion, when she get's upset she likes to hit him with the 'threaten to end the relationship' move.

Anyway, that's all. I just wanted to share. Tried talking to my friend but some people would rather be in shitty relationships than be single. My take from this? Don't be someone who needs a relationship to be a functioning human being. It's fine to want one, but you can be a self-actualized person all on your own. Don't put up with a shitty person just so you don't have to be alone.

EDIT: Just wanted to add, what's strange is that this girl is actually pretty nice (to others), but treats her boyfriend like shit, acting like a princess and seeking validation that her actions are justified when she does so. Beware of these women Red Pillers!
