The title of this post is way too broad and obviously wrong. This raises my suspicions that most men on this subreddit and who read game blogs are working class. Night game isn't dead, but the costs of going to a place with a lot of high quality women have risen (as would be expected with hypgergamy and increased income inequality).
If you live a big city, you will still find plenty of good looking girls at bars during the week. But if you want to go clubbing, be prepared to pay if you want to go somewhere nice. If you can't pay, you don't have the kind of high-status job the women who are going there are seeking and it probably isn't worth your effort. Regular clubs are crowded with fatties, so your best bet is to try other venues like concerts where you can still meet high-quality women without the high-price admission.
This kind of dynamic is to be expected in a hypergamous world where the sexual market is completely unregulated.
The appropriate title for this is that "clubs are dead for the working & middle class red pill men."

I actually agree with most of what you've written.
In the original article that, note that I added the caveat that higher-end and niche venues can still be valuable hunting grounds. The article ends with:
"But mass-market venues, of the sort that 95% of North American club-going men habitually frequent, are as sexually and spiritually desolate as anything else on Earth."

I suppose you have a point. But understand that the chicks that end up at the high-class establishments will also have higher standards ($$). So, if you're rich and that's still not your cup of tea... seems to me night game is dead except for a small niche.

I agree with this message. Day game or don't game at all. Club going is starting to be a display of low value, since anybody willing to jump the hurdles for a chance at looking at some girl across the room is begging for pussy. Fuck that shit

Clubs probably don't work, but particular venues, concerts, and scenes can work. I know that I pick up well in certain crowds because I have the right vibe for it. But a generic club? No chance in hell.

Even with the exceptions that he mentions and mentioned by other posters. I'm starting to seriously question to time cost / benefit of clubs and bars.
A great place to get initial practice, but after that it's a very ineffective use of my time.
And I'm not bitter because I used to get good success from night-life.

I don't go out at night for women, I go to hang out and shoot the shit with my bros. Women just happen to stick around us because we are having so much fun without them.

Eh... Sounds like this guy is going to your average McClub that lets any one in. Get plugged in to your city's social scene and find the clubs where the industry people hang out. Oh and avoid the weekend warrior nights (Friday/Saturday). I've noticed a significantly better quality of people out on Sundays.
edit: Just read his last paragraph and he's basically saying the same thing.
Yes, I agree with you. Sunday's are great nights to go out because it's bar staff Friday, i.e. servers and bartenders have it as their night off after a Thurs-Sat work week.

Day game is dead some places. Night game is dead someplaces. Just remember that whereever you are, you might have to adapt.
Completely dismiss and entire subset of game all across the board simply because it doesnt work for you, or your area, and it might come back to haunt you in the future if you don't find yourself being as flexible as you need to be.

I'm the same age as the article writer and couldn't agree more. I haven't night gamed in awhile. Last I did was Valentine's day at a local radio station event called "Bitter Ball" (Feb 14th for those who didn't have VD dates). 5 out of 10's were giving me (a genuinely good looking, fit, well-dressed, and good-time having guy) eye rolls at simple opening questions or statements. Plus, I roll with at least 3 other people at clubs (men and women, all attractive). Night game has never netted a score. Gaming cute cashiers at Wal-Mart and Mickey D's has netted more bangs than paying $10 for parking and $10 for cover at some joint in LoDo. At night, bitch shields are at max capacity, and every chicky thinks they're going to meet their Prince Charming.

Great analysis:

No idea why he pitches Roosh towards the end. Although he's written about day game, he somehow manages to find 80s discos in 2013. That is, unless you subtract a generous 3-4 SMV points from the tail he claims he pulls; e.g. a Roosh 9 has got to be a 5-6.

If you haven't read How To Win Friends And Influence people then it's okay.
His whole attack strategy is finding one girl that's alone and asking her opinion on something she owns.
He goes up to girls and asks "Hm, is Gateway a good laptop brand? I'm going to get one."
Then he drops hints about himself for her to ask about.

Night game still exists, you just need to be going direct and calling your shots better. Even better is getting a solid social circle and rolling with women from that when you go out. Bonus points if they're in the nightlife industry as they'll be connected and then to be the hottest women in the city usually.
