If you were to try to think of anything else but a polar bear, you'd notice how the harder you try to push the thought away, the more you think it.

Trying to push thoughts away backfires. What you have to do instead is decide what you do want to think about, and then watch your thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself drifting away from what you do want to think about, gently get your attention back on track.

Don't beat yourself up, just keep bringing your thoughts back on track as often as you have to.

As you do this, you may notice how drifting into your old habitual thoughts is very much like falling asleep, while getting back on track is like waking up. Rather than being hard on yourself, congratulate yourself each time you wake up. Reinforce the good behavior. Keep chipping at it consistently over a long period of time.

Don't expect this to be a quick fix.

You will get good with consistent practice.

Game a lot of women. I know it might seem scary(or not, dunno how shy or charismatic you are), especially for a beginner (it was to me), but it's essential. Why? Because even if you fail with these other women (and you probably will) it put things in perspective.

In other words, you'll start seeing how many chances you actually have with women. There's plenty of women to go around and when you realize this, you will inevitably relax around the women you're into.

Add this to the equation of pursuing your hobbies, your career, male friends, etc. and you'll be in a much better mindset regarding women, I promise. Take it slow, brother.

Most people will disagree with me, but eat more. Are you dieting? I've known a lot of guys that try too hard to lose weight and they wind up acting like pussies. When you are filled with savage energy (and energy comes from food right?) your "mindset" naturally is quite different.
