“I'd rather be abused and mocked by your world Than walk amongst vultures, parasites, and whores I'll live through your shit and never look you in the eye Reject what you offer me til the day that I die Won't conform to your standards There's got to be another way I'll take pain over acceptance any day” -Weekend Nachos

Introduction

“Pain Over Acceptance”

Those three words summarize my entire philosophy.

Too many people are accepting of their failures. People have been programmed to love their failures and to be okay with shitty versions of themselves. This acceptance leads to widespread mediocrity and weakness which results in the decadence and degeneracy of society as a whole.

People are afraid of putting in the pain and suffering necessary to grow and rationalize their weaknesses through one or more of the many bullshit movements circulating the globe.

Take the “body positivity” movement for example. That movement literally tells people it’s okay to be fat pieces of shit. It’s disgusting. Humans are not designed to be fat slobs. This “movement” has resulted in a whole wave of whales who’re calling themselves models while secretly crying themselves to sleep for being an inferior human being. These same “people” block out anybody with common sense telling them that their lifestyle is retarded and brand them as “haters.”

Every TV show or magazine will tell you that you’re great just the way you are.

Bullshit.

You are not okay the way you are and you have a long way to go to reach your full potential. Hell, I do too. I know my weaknesses and I put myself through pain every single day to fix them. I focused too much on powerlifting and not enough on cardio so now I run up and down hills when I'm not pumping iron. You know you’re making progress when at the top of a steep hill you have to pray to God you don’t see your half-digested lunch in front of you.

If you’re okay with mediocrity and weakness I’m not talking to you. Go waste your time somewhere else. I’m not going to convince you to be a better version of yourself; you should already want to be a better version of yourself if you have a shred of self-respect and pride.

1

“Pain Over Acceptance” is a battle cry. It needs to become a battle cry to those of you who’re too scared to put in the extra work necessary to grow. Don’t be an incomplete man and rationalize your weaknesses. If you do so, you’re no better than the fat whale shoving their face with butter and calling everybody with an IQ higher than 12 a hater. I’m not going to bring up any examples because you should already know what your weaknesses are unless you think you’re some fucking God that doesn’t have anything to work on. Stop lying to yourself. Take note of what you need to work on and formulate a plan to get the work done.

2

Whenever you feel the rationalizations for your weakness crawling into your brain just repeat “pain over acceptance,” grab your balls, and get whatever you attempted to rationalize done.

It’s really that simple. You need to deprogram your rationalizing mind into a mind of action; a mind that consols itself through the pain that comes with growing. Sooner or later the pain becomes addicting and before you know it you’re hard as steel.

3

This bears repeating; grab your balls, and get whatever you attempted to rationalize done. Just fucking do it.

4

Repeat this process over and over again. Find your weaknesses. Go through the pain to make them your strengths.

Call to arms.

This is it.

Your last excuse died here. Get ready to rise above the bullshit that most people cram down your throat. Don't skip that gym day. Push through that last squat even if you feel like you're going to break your legs. Read that book you've been putting off. Get it done. Suffer and grow. Stop browsing TRP and put in the pain to actually live it.

This is the song that started it all.
