Posting original quality content is obviously not possible. But you can post links to old content or stuff from your saved section that didn't get that many upvotes? The sidebar can't be infinite and sifting through most of these posts have become a chore.

No one can tell you how to become the man you want to be. You have to fucking become it on your own. We are here to share our ideas on our journey. Ultimately, you have to do it yourself, by yourself and with your own steps to complete it.

A man has to decide for himself what to build and how to build it.

Once he's done that, he selects the tools available to him and gets to work. He deals with the failures and frustrations, and he comes out the other side stronger, tougher, wiser - whether he is successful or not.

But without a man and a plan, a box of tools is useless.

Guys are always trying to assert that "The Red Pill is about X" or "The Red Pill is about Y". Those guys are rationalizing idiots who are still uncomfortable with their new "alliance" with this community.

You want to know what The Red Pill is about? Here is what it is about:

The main problem is that they have no practice accepting responsibility, and are afraid of doing so.

When they were blue, the meaning of their lives was decided for them. No responsibility needed.

Now that they are turning red, their lives have lost all previous meaning. Real responsibility looms. This is frightening.

They avoid that responsibility by trying to make the Red Pill about something (i.e. self-improvement) - an external set of rules to which they can direct their rationalizations if they fail.

If you fail on a squat you can blame your back spasm, or what you had for breakfast, and then rest and try it again in a few days.

If you fail to bed a girl you can blame your wingman, or your approach anxiety, and then try it again in a few days.

But if you fail to achieve a real personal goal...well, your shot might be gone forever. It might mean you're useless or incapable. And who else is there to blame but yourself?

Who needs that responsibility? Easier to just lift and fuck club sluts and call yourself awakened in front of a bunch of strangers online.

For me, the challenge was about ego. I was underperforming and scared to admit it. I was scared to make mistakes and fail. TRP has given me a whole new way of looking at my life

Who cares if I fuck something up? Who cares what others think of me?

These were my handcuffs and once removed I found true power over my own life and that's the only power that matters

I agree with this so much. I wrote a post while back about being a pussy and not wanting to put in the world and many men complained that, That's what I was saying is not how some people learn. That they need direction and blah blah. All that tells me is they are afraid to fail and are outcome dependent.

Same with these guys who post questions on asktrp. What should I do or say in such and such a situation. It's like no one should be telling you WHAT To say otherwise they might as well be you. We can give the principles to follow and you figure it out on your own from there.

I can't imagine being at a point where I need to think of every step or thing I have to say to a woman before I say it. That sounds exhausting

I get your concern (disdain?). I do. But I actually spend a lot of time on asktrp trying to really answer these questions. Maybe this is a BP leftover for me, but when I was really young men, my father and his friends, used to try and teach me. Mind you, they were old-school blooper, meaning they were far more masculine that say 85% of the TRP readership, but they were plugged in as it gets. But still, they tried. So I try too.

I'd take the removal as an indication of a new benchmark for your content (I see that you've submitted some quality material here already): if nearly everyone and their grandmother would not only agree with your sentiment but has already been exposed to it more or less through mainstream culture, it's probably not the sort of reading that helps TRP remain a place that provides uniquely useful and thought-provoking content to men.

Diet is fundamental to our being and frankly, many young men have shit diets and need somewhere to start.

Once upon a time I vaguely recall TRP attempting to take a scientific stance on the topic of sex over street wisdom or locker room musings back in the early days of this subreddit.

Unfortunately it didn't work out. It's not enough to point to a research paper and yell "truth!". That's why the notion of replication, construct validity, test-and-retest, etc exists in academic practice.

I'm not surprised about the lack of theory given the audience that TRP attracts - pragmatists over theorists. In addition, theory is often dismissed as "mental masturbation" (only the theorist would truly know you) over chasing after poon. Insinuations of being an armchair scientist / philosophies and so forth.

Naturally this would lead to theory-leaning folk to shut up, not post and/or keep to themselves, as they would need to construct arguments that can hold under the scrutiny of the bigger tribe (pragmatists). Hueristics over epistemics I suppose. Let's not forget the skills and training required in order to construct a theory or argument.

If you want actionable advice, eventually you need to stray away from theory and find out what works for other men, and report back what works for you.

Ironically enough I was going to write something about this. I swear some of these guys know red pill in and out when it comes to theory but when I comes to action they don't take much of it. I'm willing to bet a majority of men are like that here.

I actually have tested some of the theory's to see how much I can get away with. I'm pretty attractive. High smv. Jacked. Tattooed. Good game. I try to be the best I can be. With that being said i have plated women and experimented to see what I can get away with. Most women I can pour my heart out too. Tell them I miss them. Like them so much. Can't stop thinking about them. And they eat it up. I'm guessing because my actions don't quite line up with my words but it's still funny to test and see. I was actually surprised how I could much beta behavior I could get away with, with little to no ill effects when it came to plates. But LTR is a different story

I am. WAY TOO FEW action. I'd be happy if it balances out at a 1:1 for learning and actually applying stuff. Its a plus if you can be smart about abstract concepts and theory. Then again i do not create theory out of my fucking ass to contribute. I rephrase, state viewpoints, apply critical thinking to stuff and say what i experiencend. In my opinion you actually don't need to be a master of game, a old sage or anything too respectable. You simply must be capable of thinking of what you are fucking doing.

Why do i find this worthy of being posted?
Would i upvote it if i would stumble across it?
Does it benefit my fellow men?
Is this shit tested by me or RELIABLE sources? (Unless of course its theory)

Just to give a few of the questions i think about before i dare create a thread. When i comment on threads as a new comment i try to be insightful. When i reply to a comment it is probably the least effort made, but always conveys atleast a viewpoint. Wouldn't want to reply "Thanks.", "Lol.", "I disagree.", "This", or similar shit statements which do nothing for anyone really.
