Ask yourself: how many pull-ups a day can you do? If you were to consistently do pull-ups daily/every other day, how many would you be able to do? What was the most you’ve ever done in a day in your life?

The answer will vary depending on the reader. For many people, the answer is zero. They have never been able to do a single pull up, and some May have never tried. For others, the answer is many. For some, the answer is hundreds. For me personally, about 75. Last summer it was about double that, but I have fallen out of practice until recently, when I picked it up again.

Pull-ups are more than just an exercise movement that leads to stronger arms, shoulders, and back. A daily or every other day pull up routine can lead to a very disciplined mind. Once you realize you can look like brad Pitt by just doing 100-200 pull-ups daily and eating a strict fish/chicken/carbs diet, you will be less likely to piss your gains away at the bar that weekend.

This post is not about fitness, it is about having a disciplined mind and the core tenants of the redpill relating to the philosophy of pull-ups. There are far, far too many posts on here of little boys complaining about women’s antics on social media and being blatantly disrespected by females on here. While I do think that the men’s rights aspect of this rp philosophy has many great truths, a girl disrespecting you on Facebook has nothing to do with this subreddit

My point is, If you did 100-200 pull ups a day, you would not be on here whining about how you can’t get laid because you are a simp. You would be working on yourself and when someone disrespected you, you would laugh in their face. Some of the material on this sub these days has very little to do with redpill philosophy. Maybe, you would start to understand it better if you took some time to stop reading this, reflected on your life, and became more disciplined.
